Sunday recovery day with TRX. No days off this week because the body feels great. I took it easy today with recovery push and pull exercises. Active recovery day helps to improve blood flow and speed up recovery time. #ActiveRecoveryDay

This weekend, I was determined to find a way to get some “work” done AND spend quality time with those I love most. I’m so thankful God heard my plea.
My husband took me on a #sourcing date. My parents took me out to lunch, treating me to my favorite huckleberry mojito (by the PITCHER)! My precious boys got some much needed #lakelife time with their cousins.
It’s been a glorious weekend.
A balanced, accomplished, joy filled one ✨

Look who got her workout in last night!
I’m super proud of myself because I had ALL the excuses:
-It was late.
-I was tired.
-I wouldn’t be able to push as hard as I could if I wait until the morning.
-I can double up later. That’s the freedom of this program!
But I made a PROMISE to myself, that I would do a workout everyday for 100 days 💯
So I compromised. I switched yesterday’s lower body workout with Monday’s stretching and recovery workout.
Who knows, maybe I should’ve just skipped the day and did the workouts in order 🤷🏼♀️ My goal is not perfection. My goal is to do a workout everyday and complete this program on time.
