This is harder to say then it should be. For it to be true, I think we need to be able to say it out loud, without fear or shame.

✨ Park Run #15 ✨ 😅The heat was back, and though made the run harder, its good having the 🌞 out. 💪🏽Felt good, though legs didn't feel strong - as per. Just kept tapping out a good rythem with me tunes. 🎧Beat the tunes again. It's really helping push me and pace me. What do you listen to? 🏃♂️It felt quick and though "moving time"
says 21:30min. Apparently I got 21:06 Park Run AND, I got a 21:00 5k 🤷♂️Either way, what I'm doing seems to be helping. So I'm gonna keep with it. 🏆Also really pleased I averaged under 7min/mile for the first time🥇 🤓I'm thinking the flat pace work I do at Tooting, and the strength hill work at Brockwell are really complimenting each other. What started with a little bit of rain turned out to be a muggy morning...but the beautiful trail didn't let me stop. Meandering my way through, running on marked loop and losing my way on the unmarked...the morning couldn't have been better.

Today was the 1st ever someone called me an athlete *
About 4 months ago I decided I wanted a positive get away from my desktop lifestyle.
So I hired my 1st trainer aka Photgrapher @iamalexmihailescu who captured some of my most beautiful Pics. *
I then met #robbygunz whom is about to compete in Mr Olympia. In 2&1/2 weeks who I know is gonna win.
Then life happened and my father needed help on his horse ranch in OHIO cuz his horse threw him. So I drove 7 hours to see & help him from NYC.
In Ohio I trained with @tlsfit
Whom taught me so much & kicked my bootie til I saw stars.
Este fue probablemente el ejercicio más difícil de hoy.
Lo termine modificándolo por que ya no tenía nada de energía.
La verdad no es que me ayudara mucho la actitud que tenía esta mañana, pero al terminar con mi rutina me sentí mucho mejor.
Aparte de sudar y quemar calorías, el ejercicio te ayuda con la adrenalina.
Hoy ha sido un día difícil.
Difícil por que al empezar este día con las poses de yoga de las fotos estaba cansada y el equilibrio me fallaba.
Difícil por que al comenzar este día lo único que deseaba era alejarme de cualquier cosa negativa.
Lamentablemente la rutina de ejercicios la termine sin ningún problema, pero... el día no es que me permitiera mantenerme positiva.
La vida siempre tendrá días buenos y malos. El día de hoy a terminado y le doy gracias a Dios por que ya quedó en el pasado y mañana veremos un nuevo amanecer.
