We’d love to introduce you to Sam. Sam is celebrating her 10th year here at Skytrans (and West Wing)!⠀
Sam practically has flying in her blood… Her first flight was with her Dad, Peter Collings, before she could even walk.⠀
Sam has worked her way up through Skytrans over the years and has worked in nearly every division from on the ground operations to head office work. Congrats, Sam on your new appointment as General Manager of Low Capacity Operations! ✈️
Imagine this: Gilberton Station is 35,612 hectares which is a bit larger in size to the country of Malta. Now think about this, Malta has a population of around 460,000 while Gilberton Station has 2,800 head of cattle and a handful of people. Yes, you can truly get away from it all and get back to nature at Gilberton!
And just like that our June Australian Adventure is over rover 😭 What an incredible 3.5 weeks it’s been... road tripping along the Aussie East Coast in a motorhome with @world_nate - it really was a dream come true for me 😍 ☀️ I must say, Australia is great for a bit of everything... beautiful coastal views, bushland adventure, wildlife, food, shopping, cities, towns, remote destinations and everything in between.. ☀️ Thanks to you all for your fabulous recommendations of things to do and see along the way! We didn’t quite get to them all 😂 but appreciate your input regardless 🙏 ☀️ Thanks to @apollomotorhomeholidays for the perfect motorhome to adventure in! 🚙
And thanks to @headlandsaustinmerbeach for our epic coastal hotel room to see out our last couple days here in ‘Straya 👌 ☀️ Leaving with a full heart and a hell of a lot more memories 🧡🤗 ☀️ This is just a bunch of random pics from the trip in no particular order. Plenty more to come!! Now off to NZ for the weekend 🇳🇿 ✈️ then on to Bali for July ☀️ 🌴 woohoo!! A great way to round up the first half of 2019 ✌️
Sam from Central West Motorcycle tours flew me up to Townsville on Monday. Him and his family will be taking me to Muttaburra next week to show me the mysterious centre of outback QLD. Google maps makes it look like there’s nothing. I bet that’s not true 😏. On another note, I had to deal with some not so nice things this week so Sam and I decided to pack a swag and head off yesterday - just somewhere. No plans. We ended up through Atherton tablelands, camping at Davies Creek Falls. Swung around to Cairns this morning and back down the coast to Townsville. I think I’ve fallen in love with it up here 😅

This past week I spent my time on Hinchinbrook Island hiking 32km across the island doing the Thorsborne Trail.
It's such an incredible place and the scenery is unbelievable!
This was taken on top of the iconic Zoe Bay Falls. We ate breakfast on top of this rock face... Is that not the sickest place to cook and eat breakfast!? 👌
Plenty more banger shots coming and you bet there's a video coming too! 🤙
Here we have it folks, after reaching 1k followers thought it would be time to release the footage of the biggest moment on the trip.
After spending hours on the chainsaw clearing the exit, after lunch we sent @mrqynstyn with the first vehicle across the Pascoe for the 2019 season. The fun was not over yet however it took an over an hour to winch him out the otherside.
