Working days, especially #humpday calls for shortcuts - so we came up with this Tikka Masala Bake. We simply mixed together 1 kg chicken, 1 tbsp grated garlic, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 2 level tbsps of our TIKKA MASALA blend and a 400g can of tomatoes. Baked for 25 minutes at 240C. Simple and easy when you’re balancing the sound of rumbling bellies with the desire to put your feet up on the couch and switch off with a book.
