Now that we are doing the early morning grind, it is so nice to have a breakfast that can be made the night before and already waiting for us in the fridge. Here’s my original recipe for overnight oats. It’s delicious just as is, or you can add other ingredients in depending on your preference; chopped nuts, coconut, fruit, even yogurt. The options are endless! What do you make your kids for breakfast that is nutritious but quick? Recipe below 👇🏼•
1/2 cup almond, coconut, or soy milk
1/4 cup oatmeal (not steel cut)
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp real maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a small mason jar, cover, and let set in fridge over night. •
Team oatmeal for life, wya!🙋🏼♀️🥣.

✔️ Put 1 packer @betteroats & water in a bowl & microwave for ~50 seconds
✔️ Add 1/2-1 scoop vegan protein (I use the Vegan Power Pro in chocolate- linked in bio for you all🌱). When I use a 1/2 scoop I will also do some egg whites on the side usually
✔️ Stir & add water as needed. Microwave 20 seconds
✔️ Top with your favorites! I’ve been using @betsysbest cashew butter.

Why? While palm oil is a fantastic and common ingredient in soap, it’s become controversial due to its environmental impact. Palm oil production is responsible for rapid deforestation due to clear-cutting and has had devastating consequences for orangutans. Orangutans live high in the forest canopy and their habitat is a prime target for expanding palm oil operations. Other species like rhinos, elephants and tigers have also been affected. 🐒 🐘 🐅 🦏
Though it’s possible to purchase sustainability harvested palm-oil (RSPO), I’m choosing to err on the side of caution and eliminate it from my soap altogether. If you’re interested in removing other products containing palm-oil from your life, check the labels! Palm oil is used in many food and bath & body products and sometimes listed on the ingredients label as vegetable oil.

I realized that I missed my overnight oats (rolled oats, low-fat greek yogurt, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup) so I prepped a bowl last night.
This morning, I topped the oatmeal with some banana slices, *sprouted* quinoa cacao granola by @onedegreeorganics, and (ever-present) almond butter. Pure creamy delicious!🙌🏽

what you'll need:
• 1/3 cup rolled oats (then pour hot water from a kettle over them and let them sit covered for ideally 3-5 minutes-not necessary, but makes them fluffier and easier to digest)
• 1 tb chia seeds
• 1 scoop vanilla protein (@nuzest_usa - save 15% with ROSAY15)
• 1 tsp maca powder for an energy boost and mood/hormone balance
• 1 tb cacao nibs
• small handful of mulberries
• handful of berries (i used fresh blueberries and raspberries; it would also work with frozen berries!)
mix all the ingredients in and add mylk of choice until it's reached you're desired consistency
remember, if you're adding chia seeds, liquidy is better because they will soak up the mylk and the mixture will get thicker overnight. you can always add more mylk in the morning if it's too thick. i'm currently obsessed with unsweetened vanilla oat mylk❤️
then in the morning, top with your favourites! i used more raspbs, banana, nibs, nut+seed butter, and chocolate coconut probiotic sorghum cereal and dried pomegranate (both by @organictraditions - WAKEUP20 for 20% off)

Tatil zamanları kahvaltının vaktini biraz geciktirebiliyoruz bu durumlarda bazen, öğlen saat 2-3 arası, tok tutma süresi uzun, oldukça sağlıklı bir besin olan yulafı, yulaf lapası olarak ya da yoğurt ve meyvelerle karıştırarak tüketiyorum.
Tadı herkesin tercihine göre spesifik olarak değişebilir. Ben 3 silme yemek kaşığı yulafa 1 çay bardağı süt, yarım çay bardağı su ekleyerek pişirdim ve 1 silme tatlı kaşığı kakao ekleyerek tatlandırdım. Pişirdikten sonra içine 2 çay kaşığı pekmez ekledim. Üzerine eklemek istediğiniz meyveler ve fıstık ezmesi yulaf lapasını güzel yapan unsurlar.( Kuru meyvelerin ve fıstık ezmesinin miktarına dikkat edin.)

• 1 stracciatella kvarg (150g);
• frozen raspberries (30g); • maple syrup (5g);
• chia seeds. .
To make this porridge, add 30g of oats and water (enough to cover the oats) to a bowl and microwave it for 2-3 minutes. After that, mix in the yogurt until it’s all even. To finish, add your toppings!! .
