For this emerald bench by the sea
And for feet that today were able to carry me to it
For ribbons of shadow and light woven into one
And how they play under wading seagulls
For soft and misty sunsets
And wind filled with crisp grass whispers
For reflection, transition and the beautiful cycle of renewal

Human skin is much more sensitive than turtles’. 🐢👩👩👧👦 Turtles’ scales provide the necessary protection when eating a jellyfish. 🍽 The turtle’s only sensitive spot is its eyes, but the easy solution is to just close its eyes while munching away. 👀 It might seem that the tentacles could do some damage to the turtle while inside it’s body, but the turtles seem to have no problems ingesting and digesting this nematocyst covered tentacles.
