Tana Toraja...totaly a different place on earth!
If you haven't heard this place search it and you ll surprised!

Half-fish and half-lion, the iconic Merlion resides at the Merlion Park waterfront
The Merlion's body symbolises Singapore's humble beginnings as a fishing village when it was called Temasek, which comes from the same root as the word tasek ('lake' in Malay). Its head represents Singapore’s original name, Singapura, or ‘lion city’ in Malay.
There's never a bad time to take a dip at @andronissuites. considering every room has a private pool or Jacuzzi. For the ultimate splurge, book the infinity pool suite overlooking the Aegean Sea. 🌊☀️📍: Santorini, Greece📸: @izkiz

Walking San Francisco & Thinking Out Loud
The photographer in me says to crop out the porta potties but the tour guide knows what a welcome sight they as you enter Fort Baker after riding the Golden Gate Bridge. The Bosch e-bike was my ride today. The shock absorbers were a little tight (JK) but the bike handled really well and the electric power boost was just as Paige described today when she waited on me. "It has that extra kick you want when you need it". There are times you need to step on it and pass by gawkers and going 10 mph up a steep hill makes a huge difference in what hills you want to go up and how much more you get to see. This quote caught my attention on the Bosch e-bike website:
By the Uphill Flow we shift our borders, look for new ways, and overcome an unsuspected challenge. We master the seemingly impossible.
Thanks for the likes, follows and comments!🙏🙏
"The Tour Guide With A Camera"
The Queensway Community Garden in full bloom. I got a small patch of land originally for my Mom for 4 years ago but she felt it waa too much for her to walk to. I so enjoy learning about the people who also go there as well as growing few veggies but i have so much more to learn about growing and about the people.
Do you have a spot there my friends?
Location : 📍Sydney, Australia
Time : Christmas, as you can see 🎄
I’m just posting this picture today because it is my last day at work and I’m feeling so excited so I decided to post a picture that reminds me my favorite time of the year... 🎁
The Monarch of the Glen. This was taken in Glen Etive on my first ever trip there. It has quickly become one of my favourite places in Scotland and I’d say it’s fairly easy to see why. Impressive mountains enclose this little bit of Paradise and it’s often missed by many. Many drive past on their way to Glencoe and miss the little dead end road that takes you down here 🏴🏴🏴 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Yet you do not know what tomorrow shall bring. Very excited to share this beautiful photo and something about palm trees that you didn't know (When storms hit, be like the palm trees!) ..
Photo repost: @dotzsoh
Have you noticed that in the aftermath of a hurricane, generally, houses were destroyed, trees were uprooted, but palm trees remained standing? That's because palm trees are designed to bend, to withstand the storm...
Michael Jordan is often referred to as the greatest basketball player of all time (GOAT!). He attributes his success to his many failures as he claimed that they made him try even harder. One example, at high school, he was cut from the basketball team (he went home later the day, locked himself in his room & cried). He also counted his failures such as 300 lost games and missing the game-winning shot 26 times. Most people may be discouraged by failures but not Michael! Quote: "I know that fear is an obstacle for some people, but for me it is just an illusion.. Failure always makes me try harder on the next opportunity." Back to the palm trees, scientists have found when the storm is over and the palm trees stand upright again, they are actually stronger than they were before the storm. Something important we could all learn from the trees! #palmtrees#palm#michaeljordan#jordan#goat#persevere#perseverance

Sometimes I don't know how to put into words how or why I'm in love with traveling but you see, the rich and vast diversity is what makes travel special. The people. The culture. The stories. The connection that comes in many different ways. The challenges. The lessons. Our mother nature itself is even amazing. I'm thankful to have these privileges because it also gave me another reason to continue living. 💛

Built in the early 20th century, Victoria Memorial is a landmark in Kolkata that was probably on the very top of my West Bengal to-see-list. Grand in every way, this marvellous piece of architecture is a treat for the eyes from every angle possible.
Being passionate about photographing popular places from new angles, when I saw these beautiful flowers in front of the side of the memorial I knew that I wanted to try a frame that included them. Of course, I got lots of pictures clicked at famous spots too (I mean, how could I not?) but isn’t there something special about this frame as well? Or, is it just my flower loving self being biased as usual? ✨
CG’s tip: The entrance to inside of the memorial opens around 10am meaning that you are less likely to find people here before that. We visited around 6:30am and bought tickets of the grounds upon arrival and had it pretty much to ourselves for a good hour and a half (an Instagrammer’s dream come true, if you ask me).

Hazy summer days

In my early 20’s, I spent more time living out of a backpack than a house. There were months where my address was The Tent in A Backyard. I remember my mom telling me in college that one day living out of a tent would get old.⠀⠀
Yeah, you grow up. Maybe you want a bed and a blender and a place to hang the art and the small things you’ve hung onto from around the world. Maybe living in a tent, the act itself, does get old after a while. It did for me. But opening your door to a mountain vista does not. Arriving in a new place, with all the unknowns that await you, that sparkling possibility of the adventure yet to be had, does not. I have memories of sunsets on the Maasai Mara, dancing until sunrise in Budapest, staring up at a cave of glow worms in New Zealand that looked like the universe–– memories that stick out to me like they were yesterday. The time that has passed feels irrelevant because they STILL remind me why it’s worth it.⠀⠀
An adventurous life is not comfortable. There are aspects of it that I have moved on from, ways that I have grown up in what I do and who I am.⠀⠀
I can’t tell you if it’ll get old for you.⠀⠀
I can just tell you that for me, it hasn’t yet. #dametraveler#dametravelernamibia
