Last week we visited @ecospindel a company that recycles PET bottles I to yarn. The Sri Lankan rugby world cup Jersey 2019 e. g. isa made from it. We got a tour through the factory which was super intesteding to see. Maybe in future we can collaborate if there is no way to recycle the PET ourselves #turnjngplasticintovisions
The famous #12apostles on #GreatOceanRoad . A truly magical place. Millions of years of wind and water erosion made these limestone rocks separate from the coast. There used to be 12, but due to the ongoing erosion process, 4 have eroded / collapsed.
This is one of those views that never cease to amaze.
First photo: Like I said, way colder than I expected. Having to wear a raincoat because I consciously did not bring my denim jacket. ‘I don’t feel like carrying it around for 6 months, it’s too hot in Australia.’ I was so.wrong. Still crying about it. #getoverit
Second photo: mine mine mine mine mine mine mine ❤️ @twanstoffers
Third photo: 🐧 🐧 The pier was too busy for the other penguins to show but this little one was hiding between the rocks. #littlepenguin
Union Lane and Hosier Lane, full of streetart. Beautiful colourful lanes that, tbh, smell like piss 🤣 but my mom always used to say: ‘kijken doe je met je ogen’, which translates to something like ‘only look at something with your eyes, you don’t need anything else’. I kept that in mind here, thanks mom 😛
I found this city to be so vivid! It must be a real joy to live here. Cosy bars and pubs everywhere; parks around every corner, and the best food options (including veg and vegan options!) Tomorrow we’ll take a day trip to #GreatOceanRoad to finally see in real life the #12apostles and hopefully some koalas!
