Finally finished, I think! It’s not how I envisaged it would look, and it’s been painstaking. Almost tore it up last night towards the end as I was so frustrated, but I’ve spent so many hours on it I couldn’t bring myself to scrap it. I’ve learned some things along the way, and it’s been really fun to do something a little different.
🐾🐾When I draw these eyes and looking at it I feel the intensity of colour symbolizing power and authority. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🐾🐾Another interesting fact about the Painted wolfs is that no two wilddogs have the same markings, which makes them easily identifiable as individuals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🐾🐾They have become a symbol of pride in Zimbabwe, and Thanks to the efforts by NGOs and local communities, their population have doubled in recent years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🐾🐾As an Artist I feel proud of being able to contribute in different ways to raise awareness in protecting them.
