For those of you who’ve been following this Temple Med area basement apt rehab in my stories already know my beef with this apartment. I let my contractor talk me into tiling this entire floor since it’s a basement unit. It looks Miami af 😩. There were other costlier flooring options but for a sub $900 rent unit, this was what the budget allowed. As an aside: This entire building will cash flow more than the median income of a Philadelphia resident. Because it is free of debt, it alone pays the mortgage on my place in LA. I’m lining up assets to pay for this life of mine 🦍
