🌞🌞 Dill for Days 🌞🌞 My Garden gave birth to these beautiful dill plants, or dill trees as I call them! I definitely let them go to long but none the less it's a beautiful sight! 👉 What Herbs have done well in your Garden this year? 👈
Welcome to SleepyInterior, my new page featuring decor inspiration and progress of my small downtown apartment 💚 Special shoutout to @hiltoncarter for his amazing book that opened my view to the world of plants!
Can you guess which plant my username was inspired by?
‘Some people can actually save you. They know you more than you know yourself. They make you feel at peace. They bring out your laughter. They bring out sides of yourself - you though you lost. They show you the importance of self-love and care. Of friendship, loyalty and they remove what hurts from the moment they walk into a room. They do this without any kind of effort. Without thinking it. Without thinking the positiver affect they have on your feelings, Some people show you love - without them knowing what love is. They naturally make you feel at home. They bring out the sun in the middle of the rain.’ #rmdrake#vsco#vscocam#selfie#plants#plantdad#pasadena

•Watering - 🔸🔸
Letting around half of the soil dry out between in waterings is mandatory if you want to lower the chances of root rot. Always use lukewarm water, and if you choose to use tap water, allow it to stand for at least 24hrs before application. The roots systems of ficus tend to be quite sensitive to temperature change, so pouring cold tap water immediately into the pot will not only ironise your roots, but could even damage the overall root health. As ficus tend to be grown in a pretty well-draining medium, standing water will quickly accumulate beneath the pot and if not monitored, could cause root rot and possible death. The best way in which you can reduce this chance is by watering over a sink or outside - excess moisture will pour out of the pot, dripping away from the roots, thus meaning your ficus won't be a victim to root rot. Another point to mention about the well-draining nature of its soil is to never under-water. Continual dry spells with possible direct sunlight will result in crispy brown patches, along with stunted or deformed growth. Over-watering symptoms include considerable yellowing leaves, zero growth, wilting, and a soften stem.
•Humidity - 🔸🔸
Similarly to Bonsai trees, a steady level of humidity and air circulation is mandatory. Either mist weekly, or create a humidity tray to keep your ficus happy. Never go overboard with the humidity though, as moist air and a dark location will significantly increase the chance of powdery mildew.
•Sunlight - 🔸🔸
I'd avoid a shady spot by all costs as severe leaf drop can occur. Instead, a brightly lit place with some morning sun is perfect, as long as you remember to water sufficiently throughout hot spells. The best case scenario would be to offer a humid position that provides a splash of direct sunlight, as well as zero fluctuations in temperature and draughts. A gusty or cold spot WILL result in a very angry plant that will drop its leaves like it's going out of fashion, so be sure to not fall in this trap.
•Feeding - 🔸🔸
Once every 2-3 weeks in the growing months, and monthly in winter using general plant food.

Isto je istraživanje zabilježilo kako se učinak ekstrakta biljke lotus povećava u kombinaciji s l-karnitinom.
