I’m sure many of you face your set of challenges daily as you find solutions to the world’s biggest problems. But challenges can also come in the form of carrying burdens in your personal lives. Stay strong and stay focused. Look at every challenge as the opportunity to grow. More growth means more perspective, strength, and adding value to the community you love and serve.

Doodle Psychology is a creative workshop where you will use the power of doodling to rediscover your character strengths! 😄
In each workshop, participants will be given simple doodling exercises to help them explore areas of life they would like to improve upon.
You don't need to be a great artist to enjoy these workshops - they are designed to be a fun way for adults to explore their inner strengths and resources (18+).
The intention of these workshops is to help you gain objectivity and clarity of yourself in a fun, intimate setting while making new friends and rediscovering your love of doodling!

It feel SO GOOD to be getting back into workout routine! I did a solid 10 ½ weeks of 5 days a week ... then hit a wall 💥 After the FASTEST 5 weeks away from working out, I’m back at it. I stepped 🔙 in weight but kept ⬆️ the reps and sets 💪🏼 Plus now I have a workout bench to allow for some new moves & positions 👍🏼
