What would you do? Well the right answer is you should treat the water because fish breathes through it, it lives in it, it is influenced by the water. Same in our lives we should take care of our surroundings as they influence us and to change our Income, our personality and everything we have to look at our surrounding. Is it toxic? Is it healthy? Is it holding us back? Your friends, your relatives, your families, your neighbours, your colleagues, your workspace, your partner, your spouse these are your surroundings. Are they stopping you to grow? Making you sick? Influencing you to just earn like an average person? Stop you from taking risks? In moderate amount it is okay but if it is seriously impacting your life then you must take the bold move now! Right now! You can't ignore them totally but you can make a distance! You can go to another city, another place for sometime where you can be productive. When you surround yourself with people who have same goals like you then due to competition, you learn. When you surround yourself with people smarter than you they really inspire you to become smarter than them! Your surrounding influences you! It is okay to become a little selfish and work for yourself! It is okay to distance yourself from your buddies to grow because they aren't going anywhere but if you stick to your unhealthy surrounding then you will become sick and never grow. #productivitytips#productivity#inspiringquotes#inspir#inspired#inspirationalquotesandsayings#instagram#motivation 💪 #surrounding#surroundyourselfwithgoodpeople#surroundings#growthmindset 🌱 #growup#growth#productive#entrepreneurmotivation#entrepreneurlife#entrepreneurquotes#entrepreneurgoals#entrepreneurs

When it comes to finances, work or even house chores, proper planning and execution will help you be successful.
In dental school, we learn a lot about clinical work and practice care. These are important topics, of course. They are necessary skills for performing the life-changing treatments we perform on patients every day. But we can’t do any of that without top-quality team members to support us and patients who trust us to have their best interests at heart. Building deep relationships with team members and patients is one of the most important parts of running a successful practice and not a topic we learn in dental school.
Our team members need to perform top-quality dental care and care deeply about the practice and patients. They also need to trust us to give them the tools, training, and support to set them up for success. And our patients need to know we are genuine, compassionate human beings who are not just trying to sell dental services to them.
Head over to 📲 deliveringwow.com/podcastblog to read this post and learn 3 specific ways to build these essential relationships!

I should get paid to make bad decisions on Amazon 🤷🏾♀️😂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In its inception, Amazon was definitely created for those of us who are uninhibited, lack discipline and always think they NEED MORE STUFF! 😭😭😭⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's like walking through the aisles of Target but online 🤔⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think we all have our guilty pleasures and buying on Amazon is definitely one of mine. I have acquired TONS of ah-mazingly helpful business things via Amazon though and many of them I use daily! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My absolute FAV Amazon purchase is definitely my Amazon Echo ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🗣"Alexa, add this meeting to my calendar!"⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My organization with an Alexa has been OFF THE CHARTS! The ability to take notes as they pop into my head, schedule meetings with a simple word or decompress with some of my favorite tunes has made me more productive than ever. The Alexa mobile app also helps to bridge together all my workspaces so that my thoughts always have a place to go.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What are your guilty shopping pleasures for you and your business? Share below and let's get shopping together!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
See something someone has shared that you may want to spend your coins on as well? SAVE THIS POST and revisit when it's time to stop. drop. and shop! 🛍
❓How to deal with remote teams❓ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I would highlight the four main types of remote teams:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Remote PM. your team is located together in one place and you, a product manager, in another.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Pure remote team. Your team and you located in multiple places, everybody works from home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ Partly remote. Some people work in the office, some work from home in multiple locations. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ Multiple dev teams in multiple offices. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔴Today let’s take a look at the 1️⃣. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think it is the most difficult. Especially, if you and your team are in different time zones. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The dev team is a team with its group dynamics. You may feel that you are cut off the team. The ideal is to meet your team in person to establish the connection. It would be the best start. Because when you see a person, you create a human connection. It is much much harder to build this type of connection looking at the email. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you don’t have an opportunity to meet your team, use video conferences. It will allow you to see and show mimics, smiles, gestures. The non-verbal part of the communications is super important, try to preserve it in digital communications. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You will need to establish a personal connection with each team member first. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Schedule 1:1 to understand the needs and thoughts of each of your colleagues. Get to know not only professionals but also people.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don't jump into conclusions, because there will be a lot of tricky situations. Empathize, ask questions, be transparent. Describe why you need the information or why you ask the question. The context you provide, the more clear you will be. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What’s up Tuesday?! LEGS get it🤘🏼
I’ve been trying out different productivity methods to try and tackle my everyday to do lists. One that’s been working like a charm is the THE IVY LEE METHOD. Have you heard of it? No? Okay cool.
So basically the process starts the night BEFORE your workday.
Step 1. You write 6 (or less) important tasks that you need to tackle. I used to have 15 - 30 tasks on my to do list and it would give me major anxiety.
Step 2. Write them down in in order of importance, 1 being the MOST important (like you can’t go to sleep until it’s done kind of important)
Step 3. Start your workday and start on task number 1. You absolutely CANNOT skip to task number 2 until task number 1 is finished.
Step 4. PHYSICALLY cross out each item on your list as you finish them. (This physical action triggers the reward centers of the brain)
Step 5. At the end of your workday, transfer any unfinished tasks to the following day’s to-do list. The process starts again from zero. Evaluate the tasks in order of priority.
I know it sounds simple but it has helped me a TON. I used to bounce around from task to task, and never get anything done.
I hope this helps you!
What’s on your to do list today?

Isn’t this quote the absolute truth? Improvement isn’t all about physical products either. We do a lot of competitive research for clients. Our findings are generally about finding gaps and not about worrying what others are doing. .
Spending time looking at what others are doing takes away time we can do our own thing. If that happens, aren’t we letting others have more opportunities than ourselves? That doesn’t sound like a good way to improve anything. .
Do you have a plan for ongoing improvement?
Tuesday mornings are better with helpers! 🐈 Productivity was just skyrocketing 😂
What does your home office look like? Lucky for me, my boyfriend built a computer when he was in high school, and that thing is AMAZING. It’s so fast. He also had a two monitor setup (which I gave him crap about at first cause it seemed unnecessary), but it’s completely life changing. You need two screens, trust me. I’m giving you permission now to go buy another one. This is really how productivity skyrockets.
We also have a whiteboard setup which I will scribble notes on and make to-do lists. This helps save some paper which I appreciate.
These are two small, simple things that help me be more productive when working at home. The cat on the lap definitely does not... but HOW CUTE IS SHE?! 🥰
What are some of your productivity tips?? Trust me, I need them! I do tend to get pretty distracted at home. Let me hear them in the comments!

Over the last few months, we’ve talked about a few mistakes that determined, brilliant women often make (that they don’t even realize are mistakes) - mistakes like trying to willpower your way through all your to-dos, trying to be too organized, and continuing to say “I just need to get more done!”⠀
These are the mistakes that keep you stuck in daily overwhelm, feeling like there’s never enough time in the day, out of balance, and beating yourself up a bit when you don’t get all your to-dos done. ⠀
But there are more of these mistakes! 😬⠀
I don’t want any of them to keep you stuck though, so I put together an easy free PDF checklist of them. If you’d like a copy of that, just let me know. I got you!⠀
Should I send you over a copy?
Good M'rning! 📄✍🏽 I plan because being busy doesn't equal productive! 😉 And being proactive elimates the unnecessary stress not having a plan or some kind of structure would add to my day. (reactive)
COMMENT BELOW... Which one are you? (a, b, c, d, or e)
A. I struggle with being on time!
B. I have a hard time getting the important things done each day!
C. I'm a procrastinator!
D. I wake up feeling exhausted or by 3 pm I'm ready to take a nap but when I get home I can't sleep!
E. ALL OF THE ABOVE!

I know as creatives we sometimes have 101 ideas, but how do you go about making sure that you implement those ideas and that they become a part of your reality?
I use to struggle with sitting down and making sure that any idea that came to mind had a good game plan, and because of it I know I’ve lost some goodies.
It can be hard to filter your ideas, but here are 5 steps to help you find the gem you’re looking for and get rid of the rest:
1. 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀:
Setup a system to write down your ideas — you can filter them later. I can be a bit old school and a pen & paper works best for my first go and then I go digital. You can use a note-taking program like Evernote or Trello, or Monday’s which are great for client collaborations.
2. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀:
Set aside time on a regular basis to review & prioritize. You should evaluate against your desired results (business plan, passion & lifestyle). Remember that Putting a great idea on hold does not mean that it’s not important! In fact, if you do actually want to do it, you need to make sure you have the time, money & energy to devote to it.
3. 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁:
One of the fastest ways to make progress on an idea is to talk it out.Run your idea by your business coach, mastermind group, trusted advisor, spouse/partner or someone else you trust. Talking about your idea helps you process points that might get overlooked by just writing about it.
4. 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻:
Failing to plan is planning to fail. Pick the 1-2 best ideas and create S.M.A.R.T. goals – specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic & time-bound. It’s easy to say you are working on “a big project” but it will never get done unless you switch to a small task that is part of the larger project.
5. 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁:
There’s no way around it… if you don’t make time for it, it simply won’t get done. Put time on your calendar for your action steps to get done!!
I hope these tips makes someones day a little easier. How do you take your ideas and get them into motion? #productivity#productivitytips#productivitytip
So what exactly should you write in your calendar?
The short answer is anything that is scheduled.
Even if it seems like a small or silly detail.
Need to remember which day to bring out the garbage? Write in the garbage pick up schedule.
Appointments, events, activites, sports, plans with friends, pay day, recycling pick up, work schedules and anything else that applies to you unique life shoul dbe found in your monthly and weekly calendars inside your planner.
So what have you been leaving out that should be written in your calendar?
Tuesday tip! Wait 2-3 days before sending a follow-up email if you haven’t gotten a response ⏰

HOW TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE 😌⠀
I think it’s safe to say that most of us could benefit from being more productive… but how? ⠀
Here are a few of my BEST tips!⠀
👉Take care of your mind and body⠀
It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that you will be your most productive self if you aren’t treating your mind and body well. 🚫⠀
I know FOR A FACT that I perform better and get more done when I am eating nutritious foods, moving my body regularly, drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, taking time for reflection, etc. ⠀
So if you’re feeling like you just CAN’T, take a look at some of these areas and notice if any of these areas are lacking.⠀
👉Clear the clutter⠀
Although I definitely work better when my environment is clutter-free, the type of clutter I’m talking about here is ALL UP IN YOUR HEAD! 🙉⠀
When you have too many things on the go at once, it can turn into a bit of a GONG SHOW. Take some time to sift through all the things in your head (writing it down on a sheet of paper is my favorite way) and determine which things are THE MOST important. ⠀
You can be BUSY and STILL NOT BE PRODUCTIVE, so make sure the things you are choosing to spend your time on are those things that are going to move you towards your GOALS!⠀
👉Create habits and routines⠀
Are there things that you KNOW are good for you, that you KNOW will push you towards your goals, but you just DON’T DO THEM? 🤦⠀
By creating habits and routines, you take the DECISION of whether or not to DO THE THING, out of the equation! You start doing the thing because, well, it’s just a part of your day! ⠀
You do the dishes after supper because that’s just what you do. You go to the gym after work because that’s just what you do. You eat vegetables at every meal because IT’S JUST WHAT YOU DO! ⠀
Habits and routines are so key for keeping that CONSISTENCY that will help you reach your goals!⠀

I just dropped a SUPER EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT in there that you WON’T want to miss!

Tuesday tips for productivity:
Having a new project idea can be quite overwhelming as your head will be filled with ideas and concepts.
Writing those down will help you clear your mind and focus on the next steps.

I’m not this focused very often. I know I SHOULD be, but I suffer from Shiny Object Syndrome. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Squirrel!! 🐿 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Learning how to manage SOS is 🔑 for success in the workplace. It’s not easy when we’re being hit from every angle with new information at the speed of light. Not being to focus and prioritize projects for yourself or your manager, will kill your productivity & lead to tension for both of you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re frustrated with your team’s lack of ability to focus (or maybe yourself!) and prevent Conflict? I can help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How do you handle Shiny Object Syndrome? Leave a comment ⬇️ and tell me what’s worked for you?

I freakin' LOVE habits.⠀
> I love that they make living the life you want easy. ⠀
> I love that they're a stepping stone to self-improvement. ⠀
> I love that, most of the time, they're just these tiny, small switches we can make on a daily basis. And yet, habits can have a MASSIVE impact on our lives.⠀
I love habits, because paying attention to and *intentionally* designing them literally changed my life. But unfortunately, many other people don't. ⠀
On the blog yesterday, I posted about 3 HUGE misconceptions people tend to have about habits (+ why they're simply not true!) ⠀
Head on over to elenahartung.com/blog to read all about it and let me know - what other thoughts or feelings do you have towards habits that are potentially sabotaging your ability to use them to your advantage?

Don’t be a jack of all trades.
Listing 100 tasks you can help potential clients with on your sales page may seem like a good idea, but it’s stopping you from booking clients.
If you want to stand out, and stop competing with people charging $10/hr on Upwork, become the go-to VA for a few specific tasks. Narrow your list down to 3-5 things you LOVE doing and your ideal clients need help with.
Berikut urutan langkahnya :
Langkah 1 - Uraikan tujuan besar Anda
Langkah 4 - Pertimbangkan Kebiasaan Anda
