✅✅❤️ Powerful Lessons here!!!! ❤️✅✅ Last winter I decided I would start to grow my own woodland, I collected 80 acorns and now have 65 little oak trees 🌳😍 I thought it would be an amazing experience to teach my daughter life lessons from this project and I reckon I can think of 100 lessons we can take away from trees and plants!!! Here’s just a quick few.... - The greatest oak was once a tiny seed that held its ground - Trees easily adapt to change, the bad times and wethers don’t last forever and you will bloom more than once!!!! - In order for a seed to grow it needs to be buried on dirt, covered in darkness and struggle to reach the light - Flowers don’t think of competing with the flower next to it, they just bloom! - Like trees, don’t limit your potential and stay small because the distance to where you want to be is giant! - Never take even the smallest growth for granted! Your still moving in the right direction... - Plants do not let their surroundings define who they are! - Most lose all their leaves and take a step back to take two steps forward in better wethers... - If acorns had human brains, most would never believe they could be a giant oak, unlearn the limits people put on you! - Your mind is your garden, your thoughts are seeds, you can grow flowers or you can grow weeds. - In order for a seed to grow it must BREAK OUT of its shell (comfort zone) to most that would look like destruction but that’s really where it’s life begins. -Trees provide shelter, protection and homes for many animals.
The RBA has decided to keep the official cash rate on hold at 1.0%. The cash rate remains at its lowest level in Australian history.
The RBA’s recent decisions have prompted plenty of movement in interest rates amongst the big lenders. Some have passed on sizeable reductions in variable rates, while others have been slammed for not passing on the full rate cuts.
As the end of your tenancy agreement approaches, it can be a very tedious process dealing with your bond refund.
Ideally, most tenants will receive their bond money back at the end of the tenancy, once the real estate agent inspects the property against the Property Condition Report (PCR), essentially ensuring the premises is in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the lease, taking into account fair wear and tear.
However, if the state of the property does not comply with the PCR report, then the property manager or landlord has the right to claim money from the bond to cover these expenses, which could be anything from broken door handles to garden maintenance.
We want all tenants to be confident when it comes to getting their bond back, so to take the guesswork out of your end of lease inspection, here is some tips when it comes to getting your full bond back.
1. Fill out the initial condition report
2. Communicate with your PM
3. Know your obligations as a tenant
4. Clean as you go
5. Understand the bond refund process
