Open yourself back up. I know things have been hard. I know people have hurt you in the past, but if you keep yourself closed off to life, you'll miss out on all the wonderful things happening in this moment. When you refuse to forgive, you become a slave to the past. When you can't accept what happens, you land yourself in a mental prison that's really hard to get out of. Accept 100% responsibility for everything that happens in your life. Then you're free. Doesn't mean things outside of your control aren't real - of course they are. It just means that you are the captain of your ship and you're the only one that's going to be able to turn things around.
To become a better version of yourself, you need to eliminate all negative energy. Everyone wants to become the best version of themselves, but few actually do it. Get out there and take action. Don’t fear failure! Failure is needed because that’s when valuable insights are learned that can drive you to become highly successful in life.
You don’t just happen to stumble upon the best version of yourself. There is no miraculous shortcut to the better version of yourself. You need to start from the beginning and take a high number of small steps in order to become what you envision.
Accept help from other people. Don’t let your pride get in the way. Most successful people needed help along the way, too.
Believe in yourself. You are worthy of your dream life. Be authentic and remember who you are, accept that you can’t please everyone, and be comfortable with every decision you make.
