MY E-COURSE IS LIVE!!! And I’m so nervous! It’s that feeling 30 minutes before the party starts where you go into full panic mode “What if no one shows up?! And I’m here all alone with all my food & drinks?!” 🤣🤦🏻♀️🤪
ALL THE SELF-DOUBT COMES TUMBLING OUT....but you put on your party dress ANYWAY!
So here I am folks, party dress & all. 💃🏻
The @linkedin team & I spent months making this the BEST course possible. Compiling ALL the learning lessons I wish someone taught me. And I’m ALL for feedback — tell me what you ❤️, what you 👎🏻 & what you wish there was more of. We are always better when we’re building TOGETHER!
I hope this course helps awakens that little spark in you. The tiny dream, the one you don’t even admit to yourself. I never wanted to be an entrepreneur, it found me. And it can find you too if you leave room for a little light & a little magic...

“You, and only you, are ultimately responsible for who you become and how happy you are.” BOOK REVIEW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
I've heard mixed reviews of Rachel Hollis' Girl, Wash Your Face. Personally, Rachel’s words really resonated with me, and I thoroughly enjoyed her book.
In this nonfiction “self-help” book, Rachel tackles the lies women most often tell themselves about who they are (“I’m a bad mom”, “I’m not where I’m supposed to be in my life”, “I’m not good enough”). She also delivers her advice on how to stop listening to the voices that tell us those lies and ultimately take control of our lives.
Yes, life will throw curve balls. Yes, other people may have a leg up. Yes, you can't change the things that happen to you. But, ultimately, the kind of radical self-accountability Rachel talks about is necessary in order to create the life you want to live.
I also appreciated Rachel's honesty, vulnerability, and unique voice. Overall, it was definitely a 5 star read for me, and I’m looking forward to reading Girl, Stop Apologizing next. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
P.S. I listened to this one on audiobook, so the photo cred goes to my IRL friend and brand new bookstagrammer @raesnextread - give her a follow and check out her Girl, Wash Your Face review as well!
#whatimreading : "Girl, Wash Your Face." By Rachel Hollis.
I needed this read. I needed something light hearted and "easy" after being kindof rocked by the last book I read ( #Educated by #TaraWestover .) I've had this book recommended to me countless times over the last year by tons of friends and followers and I can see why. It's a funny, inspirational book intended to empower women to stop listening to the lies they're telling themselves. When I was reading it, I felt like an audio book was running in my head- like I could *hear* Rachel reading it to me. That's a sign of a strong writing style! (And a strong belief in what she's writing!)
My main take aways from this book include lessons on boundaries, judgement and persistence. It's made me deeply ponder the idea of "it's not where you are, or what you're doing, but *who* you are." •
I recommend this book to everyone looking for a light read, and also to anyone looking for some motivation in dark times. #booklove#writers#quote#poem#writerscommunity#writersofig#booksofig#writingabook#rachelhollis#girlwashyourface#girlpower#love#bookporn#bookworm
Most of us are trying our best to take care of our bodies by exercising and eating right. But, are we also taking time to change our mindset?
This summer I’ve made it a priority to read self development books and yesterday I began writing daily in a nifty new journal I purchased. The goal is to shift my mindset, and to stop letting my negative thoughts interfere with all of great things that I have and will experience throughout the day.
Go outside. 🌲
Hiked about 4 miles of varying terrain on Sunday in about 90 degree temps. Talk about a some burn... in my muscles and the heat. It’s good for your body to move. It doesn’t have to be a fancy gym or even a typical “workout”. Go for a walk. Go swimming. Just get to moving. I personally find extra peace when my movement happens to be in the middle of the woods. 🙃✌🏼
I Love this sooo much!! Do you also suffer from wondering what people will think , like I do??
I am am working on this daily.... Let’s Be BRAVE together!! Please feel free to share something Brave you are going to do this week in comments below..
Sending Love and Light you all!! xoxo Jules

Summer Struggles? ⠀
At the beginning of the week I check in with all my Private Coaching and Lean and Clean clients, and the overarching theme for these calls with how challenging it is to stay on track with your health goals at this point in the summer. Vacations, pool parties, beach trips and weekends away are plentiful in August, and the constant exposure to alcohol, salty snacks, inflammatory fats and lack of exercise can leave you feeling less and less like your best self. ⠀
Here is some of the advice I gave my clients - and I hope it can help you too:⠀
🌞Control the controllables: do you have time in the morning to workout? Get it done!Only meeting friends for dinner? Make sure breakfast and lunch are on track to give yourself a little wiggle room in the evenings.⠀
🥗Use the either or strategy: on vacation and in the summer we eat out a lot more, so use my 'either/or' strategy. A piece of bread OR a glass of wine, fries with your burger OR a dessert. ⠀
🍉Bring healthy (but delicious food) to share: staying with friends for the weekend or invited to brunch/lunch? Bring a delicious fruit platter, abundant salad or beautiful seasonal veggies to grill. Generous and healthy is always appreciated. ⠀
🏃🏼♀️Be the change you want to see: chances are your friends and family would love to feel more energized and less 'blah' on vacation, so be the one to organize a morning run, group spin class or trip to the local juice bar. You never know whose life you will change by introducing them to healthier options⠀
❤️Relax: vacations should be a time to chill out and reconnect with friends and family. The stress relieving benefits of vacations far outweigh any negatives you may incur, and know that that downtime, time outside, time of connection with loved ones and extra sleep is SO beneficial for your health! ⠀

Day.... Yesterday I listened to two of my favorite motivational, personal growth people @edmylett interviewed @jennakutcher who I just adore. I learned so much from her in the short 47 minute podcast and I want to share with all of you some fun tips she shared.
1. She shared her face every day for 30 days and her following doubled and engagement as well. Crazy right? Or is it? See we are all human and we can all relate to one another right? How do we do that? Well sometimes it’s by seeing a photo of a mom sitting in a mountain of laundry with a funny quote about laundry on a letter board. All moms can relate and laugh about laundry. We laugh then comment, share it or tag other mom. Friends. See how fast engagement can grow.
2.She does need money she values time inthat she can give back time to others by teaching them lessons she has already learned. Whether it be photography, dealing with clients, teaching her students, sharing valuable info about business. Because time is value. So what can you teach your followers? Are you a craft wiz like @ohyaystudio she shares videos how to do everything from friendship bracelet making to making rainbow 🌈 pillow key chains.
3. Be you! Don’t compare yourself to anyone and don’t think you can’t be a blogger or a motivational speaker because there are too many. You may speak completely different and get your message across in a whole different way then @msrachelhollis has ever thought of. We need you! You matter!
Now go listen to EDs podcast and tag someone below who wants to grow their community here on Instagram, share this with a friend because we grow by lifting one another up! •
always ASPIRE, BELIEVE in yourself, be CONSISTENT, LOVE yourself, be GRACIOUS towards yourself and others, MOVE your body everyday, these are a few of the things I have learned, through this journey of adulting and growing, thanks to the amazing @msrachelhollis
I want to give my person a shoutout: HE has put up with every sad, mad, happy, excited, anxious, tired, frustrated, stubborn me for the last five years. He has taught me, and I mean really taught me, how to truly have grace and relentless kindness towards another person. He is the most patient, loving, supportive and selfless person I know. I truly am blessed and so lucky that I will get to call him my husband in less than a year! 💕
PC: @bozophoto -Thanks Jed for the great engagement photos 📷
I am so lucky to have a job that allows me to meet amazing people at our annual users’ conference.
Last year, I had the opportunity to meet Michelle Obama, and this year, Rachel Hollis.
When I put the two photos next to each other, I was surprised by two things: 1) I wore the same blazer both years (All hail the blazer) and 2) how much better my skin looks - and I’m wearing no make up other than lipstick in this year’s picture, while last year, that’s after a professional hair and makeup artist worked on me.
Your skin is an organ, and one that we tend to forget about when making healthy changes. I fall off the wagon, my skin knows it first.
I know it’s cliche, but love the skin you’re in! #transformationtuesday#boldconference#weightloss#skincare#michelleobama#rachelhollis
Something I’ve learned the hard way in life is that if you really want something, you have to just go and get it. When opportunities present themselves, don’t let them pass you by. That job, that car, that house, that relationship, or anything else you’ve been longing for — go get it. .
It’s okay to be unsure, but the more time you take to get sure, the greater the chance you let whatever it is you’re after slip away. Nothing is permanent, what’s the worst that could happen?
I’m here and alive. I had a much needed break away from life to enjoy life. 😃 This past weekend I hit the highway alone. Just myself, podcasts, audiobooks, my thoughts and the road. This trip was wonderful and just what I needed. This time allowed me to 1) spend time with my family 2) be able to think about my life, future and plans 3) focus on my mental health.
Overall, I will be shifting my focus to not strictly weight loss but to mental health, growth, gratitude and my exponential life. Yes, I have been embracing Rachel Hollis. This is my life and my weight does not hold the power to make my happy. Look out Instagram....I’m back. ❤️
Feeling incredibly inspired after finishing ‘Girl, wash your face’ last week and then diving right into ‘Girl, stop apologizing’ this week 🙌🏻 Working on unapologetically loving myself for who I am and appreciating the journey 💕💁🏼♀️ #RachelHollis

Freaking out a bit! I have an IMDb bio!! WHAT!! This is so exciting, well, because this is a lot of sweat and tears. I also started taking screenwriting, because one day I’d like to add that to my resume too! I have no idea where this road is leading, but I hope to inspire others that 1) you can reach your dreams 2) that you can overcome depression, anxiety, ptsd, and use it help show others that they can too. It was only a few short years ago I considered taking my life. I was in such darkness and I lost the one person who knew my whole life story...my big brother. I couldn’t see any other life without him. Even when you have others who you love and love you, you need to depend on them to help pull you out of that dark place, but it took effort in my part. Everyday isn’t easy. I still struggle with depression at times, but it’s situational and I’ve been taught life skills to get past it. My point is, even if you’ve had a tragic childhood, or endured difficult times, lost a loved one, there is a “bigger” picture and God can use your past to help others. I recently read Rachel Hollis’s book and I’ve never in my life voiced outloud a dream I’ve had since a child. Not to anyone. That dream was squashed in me, one cruel word after another...so thank you to @msrachelhollis for helping me find and identify my dreams again. #girlwashyourface

I made the decision after I talked to my husband and told him, how amazing I felt. I was seeing results, losing weight, eating consciously healthy, and would NOT stop raving about it! I formed a lifestyle habit, and LOVED IT!!! But it was how I felt, my ♡NonScale Victories♡ that made the idea click... I felt confidence like I've never had before. I heard from so many of you how motivating & inspiring I was, and my heart swelled. I WANTED to share this.
NO, I NEEEEDED to share this!!! To anyone & everyone who would listen.
It's a personal transformation, and no one's is ever the same as another. Your journey is and will always remain unique to you. 👉 #everyonesjourneyisunique
But the feeling you get when you get your body, mind, and health on track sounds cliche but 🙌life changing!🙌 And why the hell would I not want to share that?
So after being asked, numerous times😉, I took a leap of faith.. faith in myself. And then fear set in... until I learned a little something about Personal Development. (Seriously, get on it!!!) I listened to my girl Rachel Hollis and she said the most mindblowing quote...
"Your opinion of me is none of my business."
😱😳Say what?!?!?!? Omg was she right!! Someone's opinion of me won't make me change my goals! It's none of my damn business. And that has helped me transform into the confident, self-loving, ambitious, genuine person I am today and a better coach to those who put their trust in me!❤💙💚 #ap2fitness#personaldevelopmentiseverything

Do you ever feel like you are hitting brick walls in your attempts at manifesting?
You have ALL. THE. CRYSTALS, you have the mantras down pat and you meditate until the cows come home yet... Crickets.
The frustration sets in because it works for your girl friend. She just thinks it then goes out and makes it happen! 😖
8% of the population can go out and make it happen. 🦋
The Manifestors are the only ones that can really go out and make things happen.🌌
They are designed to be an unstoppable force of nature and are the traditional "manifestor" that we see marketed in the media.
They HAVE to go out and make it happen because it will not come to them (job, partner, etc).
So, sister, you aren't broken.
You are a projector, reflector or generator.
And they all have incredible qualities HOWEVER if you are not utilizing your unique gifts you will always meet resistance.
In the upcoming Manifest a Badass Life membership website I am including trainings on all the human design types and how to utilize them in your life!
The first series will be utilizing Human Design to scale your business, for both YOU and your TEAM!! 🗝️🙌🏻
The membership website will also include NLP and weekly zoom calls with NLP techniques to uplevel your life and take quantum ALIGNED leaps towards your dreams!
This is going to be epic and is made specifically for women entrepreneurs and women looking to start their own business!

A great reminder for us all and a great reminder to our kids as we send them back to school! No one will ever regret being kind. Think of what our schools and workplaces will look like if everyone was simply kind to one another! Thank you @msrachelhollis for the reminder.

Studies show that in times of stress (or trauma), our minds revert to pathways well-paved. .
We are wired in certain patterns, and the more those little sparks fire in the same direction, the more quickly they’ll go right down that same path under stress. .
What pathways are we paving? .
Are we wiring ourselves to repeat fear, worry and anxiety? .
Or fostering peace and reminding ourselves what we’re thankful for? .
Where do we want our minds to go in stress? .
Personally, I believe it’s VITAL to find daily rituals of moving, breathing, and gratitude to quiet my mind so I can find the negative thoughts and squash them with positive ones. .
A MASTER at teaching this? .
Rachel Hollis!! (Love her or hate her?)
What helps you when that inner #meangirl sneaks in?? .

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine & rainbows. It's a very mean & nasty place & I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees & keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit & keep moving forward. How much you can take & keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! — Rocky Balboa
Or me on a Tuesday with cuter gloves that say “Boss Babe” 😝🤣

If only we could control right!? 😤 I thought I could for a long time, I resisted change HARD.
I realized that if I just shifted my best efforts into change rather than staying stuck I could actually change!!! #gofigure
Fighting for love, for my marriage, for my kids & for my own joy.
It’s a choice! I use tools to make it happen & make it STICK & it’s also how I help others while helping myself because just like you I’m in the human club & I need help & I ask for it.
I use a combo of tools & help others with a combo (depending on their needs). For physical health check out my profile @mamabear.fitness & for mental health in your marriage check out @ashlynnandcoby
SNEEK PEEK: “Sit there & work like you would if we weren’t here.” So I did & this is what the camera crew got.
Apparently this is the exact opposite of what they were going for and I had to sit up straight with both feet on the floor in what could be considered a “normal” work position. 🤣 🤷🏻♀️
But here’s your Friday reminder to be weird. To stay weird. To be you no matter what that looks like. And when people say “do you” that you actually go with your gut, not what you think they want.
So I’ll be here, in some weird twisted pretzel, working away on all things @thesuperfancompany, if you need me. I’ll un-pretzel around sunset & be on the hunt for a glass of wine & funny convo seeing that is really the only proper way to TGIF-this day. Anyone with me? 🙋🏻♀️
