It is such a pleasure to show a home when the owner has a very deliberate but natural and authentic style. Everything in one way or another just sort of “fits” together. It offers a sense of personality, but also showcases that the home has been thoughtfully cared for and enjoyed. These are the types of things that you cannot easily translate via written remarks, and sometimes not fully through photos. But when you’re in the home, the energy is one of love, calm, comfort, and peace. Love it. We had multiple offers and received over list price in a matter of days on this knock out two-unit! 💥💰 It was such an honor to represent my friend and client in this sale. Then BAM! All hell breaks loose, we have to terminate and I'm looking around like WTF just happened!! 😫 😫 •
That's Real Estate! That's life! Some days are smooth, some days are bumpy but what did you learn? What was your take away? How will you get better? My take aways:
1. EVERYTHING is negotiable in Real Estate.
2. MINDSET can make or break you in this business.
3. Just because you have a license, doesn't mean you have a business.
4. There is always something to improve on, keep learning, keep reading, continue to grow.
5. The race is not for the swift, but those who can ENDURE it.
6. Real Estate is not part-time job even if you have a full-time job (9-5ers like myself). 7. Your friends and family mean well (I adore mine btw), but they're not your only audience to market to. FIND your audience.
