So much YES to this!!! August has been sooo much about tapping into the core of who I am and opening up the capacity for more! Pushing past fear, stepping out of my comfort zone both physically, emotionally and mentally! Both in business and personal life.
When you are in the flow you know!! Your whole BEing is in synch. Don’t get me wrong there have also been a LOT of triggers - but do you know what?? I’ve actually seen my triggers as an ally to help me see where the work needs to be done and where there is an opportunity for more growth ( well we all know the work keeps on going 🤪🙈)

PLAYER PREVIEW: Sophomore receiver Brennan Eagles will be stepping into a huge new role this season as the starting Z receiver on the outside in the Texas offense. This position was home to senior receiver Devin Duvernay in 2018. Duvernay has since moved inside to the slot to allow for the emergence of Eagles, who Coach Herman said has become too good to keep off the field. Fellow players have compared his ability to catch 50/50 balls to that of LJ Humphrey but with more speed. Eagles comes with the length, speed, and athleticism needed to become Texas’s next great receiver. Eagles has also been praised for his menacing physicality that has allowed him to show his premier blocking skills, essential to the Z position. Eagles will be competing for targets alongside receiver veterans Collin Johnson, as well as Duvernay. We believe Eagles will have a similar year to what Duvernay had at the Z position a year ago.

Ignore your phone until the kids are dropped off at school!! This will save you more time than you realize and allow you to spend more quality time with the kiddies.
3. Pre-pack lunches the night before and set your coffee maker on a timer.
4. Put essentials in a close place, or near the door to grab as you’re running out!
