Even a machine needs turning off every now and again, to prevent over-heating, or to update its system. It is far better to take time for yourself, doing something you enjoy, than to end up being forced to take time in a hospital bed, or - worse still - in a wooden box... Overdramatic? Yes... However, I know of people who suffered a heart attack due to constant stress. Let prevention be the cure.

I think its time for a refreshing welcome and introduction from me - Megan.
We may have met, we possibly havent whatever you being here, following my page THANK YOU.
Aa time is changing around us mental health is becoming more aparant and we are becoming knowledgable to its presence.
ANYBODY can be suffering no matter how they look or come across to others and I for one am someone who is often mistaken for "having my shit together". The most peaceful person, you must never get stressed. I kid you not i can be an anxious wreck somedays.
This introduction to me is full honesty as to why i teach and why you or anybody you know suffering will be welcomed with open arms.
So i am Megan, my anxiety began during university from an up and down relationship with zero trust. This lead to an underserved breakup and the beginning of no end to my battling relationship anxiety. I couldnt welcome anybody knew, i would block feelings and felt so disconnected to myself. I am now married and have a beautiful family, but that doesnt mean my anxiety has sunk ship. It has been prodded, tested and for sure heightened many times during our 4 years together.
It became apparent to me i had anxiety badly around 3 years ago. I found an excitement for this thing called yoga around 10 years ago and it became my getaway, i worked my ass off physically in classes but left during any sign of stillness and relaxation i just couldnt commit to lying there - THINKING! So as my love for this movement grew i practice 3/4x a week and physically noticed a difference, but mentally i was busy. Post breakup i began to need yoga more but still couldnt relax, My then teacher recommended i study yoga, so i thought why not... i didnt realise my anxiety until 4 years ago when decisions were difficult.
Fast forward to the present. I am now into my almost 5th year of teaching yoga, i quit my full time job and have never felt so connected to myself. I understand what triggers my anxiety and have developed tools and techniques to calm and ground. Im not saying you have to quit jobs and teach yoga to ridden your mental health issues. Pregnancy and Reiki 💖
I have seen Carol for Reiki healing’s for a few years and always leave feeling amazing within myself and mindset.
Carol has helped me find my true self and see things differently in a calmer way.
Last year throughout pregnancy “with my first” I continued to see Carol every three weeks for Reiki healing sessions. I have no doubt it helped me mentally prepare to be a mum letting go of any fears I had while at the same time helping me to relax, recharge and stay healthy within my body and mindset allowing me to deeply connect with my baby growing inside of me.
Both my labour and birth were good (water birth with no pain relief)
I believe that Reiki has helped me through it all.
