Home Sweet Home 💙
After being out of action for 2 months, I've been pretty keen this past week on hiking. I feel like I need to make up for lost time. But when a few friends suggested a relaxing day in the hot tub, whilst soaking up the rays at one of our amazing mountain restaurants. I couldn't refuse. I hadn't socialised much either in over a month and I have a really bad habit of being a complete recluse for days on end. This was much needed social time, with a short hour long hike down. Win win. The writing schedule is in flow, now I just have to squeeze DJing into my day to eh @dj_electric_steve#babysteps#timemanagement
Almost two years ago this madness happened during @audinines. 🏔🌪🕊 I really loved about the perspective how the trees aligned, coming from the top left corner and leading the view to the bottom right, while parts of the setup where still visible. Luckily I went there at the right time, when this tsunami flip happened. Couldn't have wished for a sicker trick.
Seeing Double? Well maybe that is because we have exposure adjusted to x2! Or maybe it is the two adorable Shibas?
No definitely the first one.

We bring you a very special @huskysquad 🎥 episode in Tidus's ACL Road to Recovery Series. It's been 6 months since Tidus's second ACL injury, and we're so grateful to share with you that he successfully recovered WITHOUT surgery! 🙌🐻♥️
👉 We had "great" plans to film this special six month ACL injury update while were out hiking in the beautiful Swiss Alps 🇨🇭 to show you how Tidus is doing, and how happy he's to be healed. However, the very athletic Swiss COWS 🐮 had different plans for us! 😂 Next thing you know, we were being chased out by a cow and her herd... .
Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who’s been asking about our bear. You really are a part of our family 🥰
In our new 🎥 I have a special message from my heart to all current and future DOG PARENTS ♥️ and you deserve to hear it! It’s in our stories☝️
Journey to the center of the 🌍
At the mouth of the world’s largest cave, we stared into pitch darkness, with clouds escaping to the surface to create a swirl of mysterious mist.
It was a whole new world down there and we descended into what has been my coolest adventure to date!
While the 5 day tour is quite expensive, I strongly urge adventure enthusiasts to embark on this epic adventure because:
1) Oxalis, the sole legal tour operator, is an excellent organization that takes care of the cave sustainability while also providing meaningful local jobs that discourage illegal logging activities.
2) Oxalis’ license contract expires end of 2020, and there have been discussions by private companies to win the next bid so they can build a “cable-car” system through the caves and open it up to the masses, which would absolutely ruin this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
My heart is broken. The lungs of the Earth are in flames. The Brazilian Amazon home to 1 million Indigenous people and 3 million species has been burning for more than three weeks straight.
The largest rainforest in the world is a critical piece of the global climate solution. Without the Amazon, we cannot keep the Earth’s warming in check.
So what can we do?
✔ As an emergency response, donate to frontline Amazon groups working to defend the forest.
✔ Keep sharing posts, stories
✔ Be a conscious consumer, taking care to support companies committed to responsible supply chains. Eliminate consumption of beef; cattle ranching is one of the primary drivers of Amazon deforestation.
✔ When election time comes, VOTE for leaders who understand the urgency of our climate crisis and are willing to take bold action—including strong governance and forward-thinking policy.
