Had so much fun with these babes at the pump track. It was my 1st time & I'm so glad I tried it even tho I got a lil banged up, bruised up, and scraped up. Nothing some R.I.C.E.(rest, ice, compression, evelation), advil, & CBD oil can't fix...swelling & bruising has gone down significantly, thank goodness🙏 Trying new things and challenging yourself is part of growing and progressing, not only in skating, but in life. Sometimes you kill it, sometimes you fall and that's ok. Take it an opportunity to learn and understand what happened so you can do better next time. Oftentimes the scary or difficult things are the most rewarding🙂 #sk8#lifelessons#sandiego#pumptrack#lifelessonslearned#mindsetmatters#babesnboards#whateverskateboards
Sunny Jim Sea Cave is the only sea cave accessible by land in all of Southern California. To access this hidden wonder, you’ll need to enter @thecavestore and pay the small entrance fee. From there you will descend down a 144 step, wooden staircase through a man-made tunnel that connects the store to the cave. This experience itself was a thrill for our kids but the payoff is definitely at the end where you can see the most incredible view out into the water.
Benefits of oranges include lowered cholesterol, lowered risk of kidney disease and high blood pressure regulation. 🍊 Try the Oh Yes smoothie made with coconut H2O, pineapple, banana and orange! #JuiceCrafters
Throwback to when Dr. Eshom traveled to the Bioclear headquarters to discuss ideas with Dr. David Clark, the founder of the Bioclear Method and matrices. Dr. Kris Nip, our new cosmetic dentistry resident, was also there taking the 4 days of training so we better serve our patients.

Traveled to the west coast yesterday to see the pacific 🚘🏝pretty freak'n sweet but I think I prefer the dessert even more- there's a certain beauty in intentional emptiness ☺️ hope everyone's enjoying the week!
Whether things are lined up perfect or just slightly off, it’s always important to keep your eyes set on the horizon. The goals you set may sometimes seem far off, but smalls steps add up over time. One thing that’s always helped me is making sure I do at least one thing a day that pushes me in the direction I want to go. Whether it’s putting the finishing touches on a nagging project, getting a workout in, or trying to learn something new, find a way to add a positive task into your day. If your goal seems too big to tackle, try breaking it into smaller chunks. These small chunks are easier to knock out and allow us to celebrate mini milestones along the way. Most importantly, encourage and celebrate your friends and family as they chase their goals! There’s no better feeling than watching someone you care about chase after something they love.
