Not doing pull downs if it don't pull you 🤔. Supinated barbell rows are probably one of my top accessories, I feel we do a lot of movement in the pronated position and may lack neutral and supinated. (30sr)Deads:

Stunningly crafted to perfectly balance style with practicality, the Predator 60 EVO is the first model of Sunseeker’s major new product development plan with innovative stand out features and a truly sophisticated interior design. #seekmore#sunseeker#sunseekeryachts#uae#dubai
For hammering legs a bit yesterday they weren't that beat, must be cause there's no leg muscle there to get any response from🤔. Hips weren't as cooked like they usually can be but they were tight(didn't mind)so got to play with different foot positioning which was interesting.
Bench was kinda dry, felt pretty easy and boring🙃. Just tryna be the typical #gymbro and maxout everyday.
Accessories were better since I got to challenge myself a bit more. Floor pressing is actually a movement I been wanting to introduce in the future(held off on it) as I personally like where I could reap benefits from it if needed morely.

There was a time in my life when I thought the world was against me, I had a black cloud over my head and nothing would ever go right.
A also thought most people were not genuine, had ulterior motives and were unkind.
Then I found the world of #personaldevelopment and found that whatever I was looking for I would find.
𝘚𝘰 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵...𝘐 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳.
I started to look for the good in people and life, and guess what I found? Good people and a good life.
Haven't back squatted in a lil while so this is what we got today💀. Took a bit longer to wake myself up, buddy of mine helped speed the process up and got to it.
Tech didn't feel too optimal.
On the brighter side hips weren't aggravated, especially with the wider stance.
Attempted to get the most out of the box squats as I noted one can get loose at the bottom and just relax. Tried to keep my body working throughout the whole movement but definitely had trouble doing so today so more practice.
That’s a wrap!
What a week it has been at Virtuoso Travel Week in Vegas! I couldn’t be more proud to be part of @wearetraveledge who won THE MOST HOSPITABLE AGENCY award. Last night was filled with celebratory hugs, laughs, and dancing, which was much needed after a long week of 200 appointments, four lunch meetings, three award show dinners, and much more.
I couldn’t be more thrilled being a part of an industry that helps people create unforgettable memories through exploring the world. I’d love to talk travel with you, so feel free to contact me with any questions. I’m here to help. Much love!

I like the axle bar causes it feels a bit more challenging than the regular bb, also makes me focus on tightening up more as I can't grasp the whole bar fully like on a regular bar.
Always nice to see last set(clip 1) move decently.

Bare through my training till the end of the video for the doggo clip.
Weight moved fair, felt pretty good especially on the last two sets.
The highlight of the day was how the weight felt but then the dog randomly appeared🤷♂️. Deads:
Participated in the childerns nfl combine today, I don't think they will draft me with only 135 though😢(missing a extra plate, one day 225 one day). Used the slingshot, Back then I overdid it💀( fit a large now so somethings growing🤷♂️). Also used the cool lil mini plates, more things to misload with.
Calling all sore, stiff, tired, stuck, over it, ready for friday, bodies...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Clip of 12 reps took way too long so just imagine 4 more reps, even the set of 8 took awhile as I was taking my time with the reps.
If you ever want to know what it's like to walk in quicksand just do sleds in slippery socks, basically the same thing🙃🤦♂️(know I can do more on the sled now though). I also didn't pass out on the set of 12, so that's always a plus.
Thankful for the random spot from the homie💀💀 but the only sandwich that was made was on the sled, not today front squats not today. #notfoldedlikeachair
Ultimately the answer is yes, and shouldn’t that scare us a little? 😳
Instead of HOW to learn, kids are taught WHAT to learn and rarely seek information and learning outside these strict perimeters. Instead of creating and building something new, the majority of children still learn solely to pass a test and get a grade. 😢
I recently heard that over 20% of jobs graduates are applying for today, didn’t exist even 5 years ago! And I constantly keep in mind the article I read several years ago stating that 80% of the jobs our young children will be applying for have not even been created yet! 80%!!!!
❣️ How do we prepare for that? Honestly I’m not sure 🤷♀️ But I know controlling their learning experience is going to provide very little of the actual skills they will need. Self directed learning has nothing to do with being lazy, but everything to do with allowing freedom to learn what they want, in the way that benefits them most. Which sounds easy, but for me tends to be the most difficult element of all this
🤦♀️ I find myself “letting go” over and over. Reminding myself I not only want my kids to learn the things that would have set me up for success and I didn’t learn until much later, but to truly learn how to learn. So that they can learn ALL THE THINGS when it benefits them most. So that nothing feels out of reach because learning is ongoing and simply part of life. So that knowing there are solutions to every problem and that there isn’t just one way to solve anything just comes naturally to them. 👌
When it’s feeling overwhelming or maybe like it’s “not working” I find going back to my “why” sorts it out every time. Fear of something different always has me take one step back, but my purpose is so clear when I stop and remember why we do this. We continue to find what works and throw out the rest 😉
