“It is not just our own thoughts that can be affected by negative emotions. Surrounding ourselves with others who are feeling angry or stressful can also affect us.” “When we see someone experiencing an emotion (be it anger, sadness, happiness, etc), our brain “tries out” that same emotion to imagine what the other person is going through. And it does this by attempting to fire the same synapses in your own brain so that you can attempt to relate to the emotion you’re observing. This is basically empathy.”
Chased a waterfall today, almost died 🥾⚰️, thank god the “local villagers” tied some rope, homemade rope at that-well maybe not I don’t know 🤔 to these massive forest trees to guide us down(just having to say “local villagers”) tells me maybe we shouldn’t have-their were signs that said “people die here” wtf 😱 😟 😦. Hey 🤷🏻♀️I had to try it anyways. #funfact this is the “Fantasy Island” waterfall-if you have to ask then yeah your a bit young to know. #ialmostdiedhikinghere#serene#goodtimes#goodconversations#haventlaughedsohard#hysterical
Simple yet Serene🍃 It'll be a while before the Crib actually makes it in here but Little Nuggies room is coming along 🌻 My Favorite Part is how much Sunlight this room gets ☀️ Its so important cuz I HATE a dark room & with his fresh new rug and paint it's deff become one of the nicer rooms in the house.
》》》 Of course the kids rooms have all been redone as we still live with plastic dressers and card board boxes...this is what parenting is all about!!! RIGHT ¿¿ 😂😂 Maybe one day we will live like kings like they do👑
