As many of you know I have struggled with depression and anxiety, what some of you don't know is just how badly its effected my sleep and my sleep patterns!
To be honest I knew it was bad but only once I got my @fitbit and actually saw how bad and disturbed my sleep was did I realise I still had a way to go!
My beautiful and caring mum very kindly gifted me my very first gravity blanket and I had to show you the difference in my sleep the first 3 days of use (it's continuing to improve aswell!) The top row is my sleep before my GB and the bottom row is the first 3days of use!!! Imagine the continuous difference it will make to me!
I've woken up refreshed and rested for the first time in years (I wish I was kidding but I'm not, it's been a long journey)
