I’ve had about 29 people tell me that I needed to read this #book . After the most recent recommendation (thank you, @natkeys32 ) I finally did! And let me tell you it is HILARIOUS!
Trevor Noah is fantastically honest and masterfully intertwines stories about #poop , #religion , #hustling and so much more. How he went from #apartheid South Africa to #thedailyshow is nothing short of a #miracle especially when you consider that he was #bornacrime , something he explains in one of the early chapters.
I don’t know why I waited so long to check this one out but I am very glad that I did. While being wildly #entertained I learned a lot and was again reminded that despite #culturaldifferences and upbringings there is a connectivity in this world that binds us all!

J'ai mis 2 gousses de vanille de Madagascar, une de 18 cm et l'autre de 15 cm.
Le goût de vanille n'est pas masqué par celui de l'oeuf.
I've been wanting to attempt a keto version of orange chicken with fried rice for a while now. I looked up some recipes and just played with it.
For the fried rice, I heated a little oil to saute onion, celery, grated garlic and ginger for a minute or so. Then added the frozen pkg of cauliflower rice and 1/2 cup of frozen peas and carrots. Added soy sauce, green onion and sesame oil until mostly done. Clear a space in pan to add egg to scramble and then mix it into the rice.
For the chicken, I cut tenders into bite size chunks. Dredged them in a mixture of 1/4 c of coconut flour and 1tblsp of corn starch, salt and pepper. After frying them up and wiping pan clean, I added 1/2 cup of chicken stock to pan and 2tblsp of @polaner sugar free orange marmalade and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Reduce to desired consistency and return chicken to pan to coat in sauce.
For my first attempt, it was really good!!! The next time, I might forego the dredge and just season chicken and fry. The orange marmalade worked out very well!!
