What I personally enjoyed most on that trip, was walking around on Kyoto's streets. There was always something new to discover. We rarely looked at the city map, and just drifted through the streets. What fascinated you most about Kyoto?

Break or brake?
I think smoking on the main streets of Seoul may be illegal, so it's pretty rare to run into a cigarette on the avenues, but you can find plenty of smokers in their work breaks when roaming the back alleys.
I can’t accept that fall is around the corner and winter is soon coming again.. any tricks how winter could be more likable for me?

One of my favorite experiences in Japan was watching these little dudes roam around and bathe in natural hot springs. Since this area is buried in snow almost a third of the year, these hot springs present some comfort for them in an otherwise severe environment. What a lifestyle.
