New video out testing the @sonyalpha 200-600mm G Lens!! (Link in bio)! I did a quick test on some of my backyard birds and so far I'm really loving the results. If you were adapting a Sigma or Tamron lens to your Sony cameras, this lens will be a huge improvement! PS I have about 12 Mourning Doves living in my yard now. 🤓
The Colobus Monkey. I've aways found their long white haired tails interesting. Of course you can't see any of that in this photo.
I said I'd be posting more photos from Alberta soon, and that should be tomorrow. I've done a long stretch of wildlife photos, and it's time to get back the some mountains, and perhaps some environmental portraits.
In 1984, a rumour circulated that a pelican had scooped up a chihuahua into its mouth because it was feasting on the pelican’s fish 🤯 Believe it?

This new Sony 200-600mm lens is insane! I've never had such native focal reach before now and I'm able to get "closer" to the action than ever before. From an initial test at the zoo, coupled with the low light and moon tests last night, Sony has definitely outdone themselves with this lens.
Throwback Thursday. Yes it was only a month ago I first posted this image, but The Lion King opens in theaters tonight guys!! Sony a7Riii and 100-400mm GM #bealpha #sonyalphaanimalportrait

Just got the new Sony 200-600mm 5.6-6.3G super telephoto lensand started to put it through its paces over the weekend at the @woodlandparkzoo where I got this shot of Coba, the spectacled owl in flight.
Wishing I could be at Sony Kando this week and getting major FOMO watching all the Instagram stories 😂. Sony a7Riii and 200-600mm G #bealpha

Red pandas, while not closely related to the giant panda, are often regarded as equally adorable. Here's a portrait of @carsontheredpanda at the @woodlandparkzoo in Seattle.
