How can SDSU help eliminate OCEAN PLASTIC?!... We’re glad you asked! We cleaned up Fiesta Island with @surfrider & the @thecityofsandiego ‘s Mayor’s Office and found plastic on plastic on plastic 😯! Plastic melts with sun and breaks down with natural wildlife— making it super hard to remove from our beaches and water. Here at Green Love, we’re committed to implementing #spectacular waste management at SDSU to keep our city’s beaches as wonderful as we remember as kiddos 🏖.

Then it was time to retire to the hut, start the fire and get a warming dinner underway before a well earned sleep, awaking renewed to do it all again the following day, such joy...
