Looking back 2 months ago an incredible two days at AREC 2019 (Australian Real Estate conference)
Here are just a few of the key takeaways I took from the event. • #success is the product of daily habits, not once in a life time transformations, Excellence is not about radical change, but about occurring small improvement overtime. The aggregation of marginal gains. • If you are struggling to improve, the problem isn’t you. It’s your #system /routine. • You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems. • What we need isn’t better goals it’s better systems to achieve those goals. • The social environment is also crucial factor, I have never seen a person consistently stick to positive habits in a negative environment. • A habit must be established before it can be improved. • A habit is not a finish line to be crossed it’s s lifestyle you live.

Stop making it so complicated and skipping the steps (see what I did there 😉) that are paramount AND essential for SUSTAINABLE health (& weight loss if that’s what you wish). It’s like you‘re drinking $50 magic potions all day and still feeling like shit BECAUSE in the mix of “never enough” X consumer crazy world we live in, you entirely forgot that the human body just needs some DAYMN basic water (and a lot of it) first and foremost. WELP!! The same goes for MOVEMENT. I dare you to challenge the “it’s gotta be hard in order for it to work” and 👇🏽

If you already know ya already know and if you haven’t yet experienced stress bulldozing down your health and stalling your weight loss, I’ll do some full posts on it soon BUT for now just know - its just another reason that makes walking hella EFFICIENT! (Just the word efficient gets me goin’)
