Aussie beaches still blow my mind even after spending 2 weeks in Italy - not having to scramble over 600 people and razed sharp rocks for a quiet swimming spot is something we take for granted! Although there is still something epic about the packed brolly beach vibe of Amalfi
The perfect end to the perfect safari day -watching the sun set over African skies.

I am beyond ready to stamp my passport once again and experience #CapeTown for the very first time. Shoutout to @jenniferlucytyler & @julestheexplorer for developing a BOMB itinerary & getting these amazing group of women together.
This also means that I’m looking for new luggage for the trip! Any suggestions?
This pic is everything to me ❤️ I really appreciate the travel photoshoot collaborations that have allowed me to bring my boys along for the adventure and of course @chittlesworth you are the greatest dad and husband. Supporting me to run off and do my thang, he seems to know it fuels me to take pictures of passionate people making, farming and creating. I’m extremely thankful for the community of people I’ve met while collaborating. And if it wasn’t for @kabinettandkammer asking me to hunt down some gems from photoshoots past, I might have missed this adorable pic for a few more years 🤦🏻♀️ I could blame digital and the fact so many photos get taken or I could blame the real work deadlines and letting my families pics sometimes not get the time they deserve, but I’m holding myself accountable and I am committing right now to print more for us and hang some emotional shit up on these walls ❤️ Image captured right before @wayside_cider ‘s taproom opening, Fall of 2016 ✨

If you want to live a lovely immersive experience into Catalan culture, I’d recommend a getaway to Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most charming small villages in the idyllic Costa Brava. Also, book a table at the @tragamarcostabrava restaurant and it will be a day to remember. #EricVökel#BoutiqueApartments

Today’s action was attended by members of the Huni Kuin tribe, including a chief, who gave a powerful and moving speech about their first hand experiences of life in Brazilian Amazonia.
The Huni Kuin people, also known as “true people,” (from huni meaning "people", and kuin meaning "true.") are the largest indigenous population in the Brazilian state. Although having established contact with western society relatively late and then undergoing decades of persecution during the rubber extraction years, these groups have managed to not only continually maintain their own cultural practices, but have also had huge influence on many other group’s practices and cosmologies on an international scale.
Despite Brazil being the host of the first world climate conference in 1992, and having developed a rich and internationally admired body of environmental policies in past decades, the election of president Jair Bolsonaro has posed a huge threat.
New executive orders passed under Bolsonaro’s government are restricting the territories of indigenous groups and destroying the land that they, and so many other species, call home.
It is an attack on the rights of these groups beyond measure and with the devastation being caused by the burning of such large quantities of the Amazon, the consequences to all those that depend on this incredible natural wonder is immeasurable.
Here in the UK we will also be affected if this destruction continues, however privileged we may be. As beings concerned with our own survival it is our duty to stand against this injustice.
Today myself and many others were fortunate enough to hear from individuals on the frontline of this global crisis, first hand and I can only begin to describe how powerful an experience it was. If you don’t already know about what these groups, and so many others, are experiencing and contending with then educate yourself, listen to their stories and allow them to move you to act.
There is no time like the present and the present crisis calls for radical action.
So act for Amazonia, act for life. #rebelforlife #ourlungsareonfire

Here comes the weekend, let's dive in the ocean?
I'm so grateful to be living here with a bunch of beaches in my backyard and being able to go there in less than a five minutes drive or a quick bike ride 🤩
Do you live near the beach and can go there whenever you want to, just like I do? Or, are you leaving far from the ocean? Maybe you prefer to live in the interior, in the mountains, I would like to know your preferences🏞️🏝️ 🤔
It’s a pretty straightforward word. It suggests that the mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through. So often we veer from the matter at hand. Our mind takes flight, we lose touch with our body, and pretty soon we’re engrossed in obsessive thoughts about something that just happened or we’re fretting about the future.
Let it go. Be mindful.
Be here. Right now.
You can be somewhere else later.
The multi-coloured streets of Madrid take 2. Red, yellow, blue, coral, pink – not your typical boring street! All of the different colours certainly make it more interesting for your eyes, the beautiful buildings add something extra to your morning stroll in search for coffee 🏫🎨☕️

Still the formal residence of the Royal Family in Spain, although now generally only used for state ceremonies, the Palacio Real is a sight to behold.
Built in the 18th century by the Bourbon dynasty, it is Western Europe's largest royal palace. It covers an area of 135,000 m² and houses 3,418 rooms, which is nearly double the size of Buckingham Palace in London or the Palace of Versailles in Paris.
The vast courtyard outside of the palace is truly impressive. To the side of the courtyard you will find a stunning views across the countryside. Purchase a ticket and explore inside of this beautiful building 🕍

The colourful buildings in Madrid make walking around a pleasure, even in the height of winter when although skies are blue, the cold packs a punch. The multi-coloured palette of the streets adds charm to any excursion, with custard yellow and terracotta shades warming the cool blue sky 🎨
Fresh fruit is plentiful in La Boqueria, as are fresh juices and smoothies. Fruit always tastes better in beautiful Mediterranean countries like Spain. Make sure you stock up for the duration of your trip 🍌🍋🍊

does this photo look a little different to you? 🖤 i’ve never considered myself a photographer, but I have always wanted to own my own camera. honestly, I was just too scared to take the plunge. the more time that passed, the more intrigued I became about the possibilities of how my photography style could adapt and grow to where I wanted it to be. I am beyond thrilled to be partnering with @lumixuk to share with you a collection of photos captured with my new LUMIX S1R camera, starting with this iconic building nestled in the centre of london. when I first discovered this hidden gem, I struggled to capture it due to the limitations of my phone camera. I knew it was one of the places I wanted to revisit and i’m so pleased with the final result. i’m still slowly getting used to all the functions of the camera but I’m excited to learn and share much more with you all. I hope you’ll enjoy the collection of photos as much as I have loved rediscovering my favourite london places through the @lumixuk lens 📷✨ [ad - paid partnership] #shotinmyworld
I feel like I never left Spring in London but it seems I have too many pictures that never got posted. I will return to reality soon but until then taking advantage of #tbt I am ready for the weekend already 😬 How is your week going? Happy Thursday #ritafarhifinds
