This mission trip will provide chiropractic care and education to the families and kids of rural areas of Jamaica this Christmas.
I have been reaching out to as many people as I can and have so far raised £525.
I have set up a Crowdfunder page at https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/spinal-mission-trip-jamaica
I’m tired of seeing posts by girls/women who claim to support other girls/women when, in actuality, they don’t. Put your money where your mouth is...or quit claiming to be someone you are not. #empowerment#support#dontbeadick
Finding my way has been far from easy and I have stumbled over and over along the way but I am proud of how far I have come. There is also so far I want to go. I see the path in front of me and my biggest prayer is to have the strength to keep going even when things get rough. The best way I have reached any success or progress is just believing in myself. I have to be the number one person who believes in me because if no one else does, someone has to. The crazy thing is the more you believe in yourself you then will manifest the support you need from others. I’m very grateful for the people that have come in to my life and I look forward to more progress to pay it forward. ✨ #believe#momlife#success#support#manifest#marketing#bossbabe
I’m curious about how it is you view your condition? I could be wrong, but it sounds as though the idea of having a condition is a shameful one. If this is incorrect, please disregard and pass through my next four statements. But if it IS correct, I’d start with reconciling that there is nothing to be ashamed of with a mental health condition. Having a psychiatric condition is as common as having a cold or pneumonia. I do not know anyone would shame someone with pneumonia or a cold, so why might one shame oneself for your medical psychiatric condition. While our societal stigma is still quite strong for those of us with mental health disorders, I assure you it is a base of our existence to experience and manage our mental health. When you have a bad day, I recommend that you exercise patience by remembering the experience is as temporary as the joy/sense of excitement/other positive emotion that preceded it. And the joy will return. Reminding ourselves that the difficult experience will pass and that some days will be harder than others has potential to remove the shame associated with being “caught off guard” that it happens again, because of COURSE it will happen again. You and I, we are human with feelings — we are not infallible. And it wouldn’t be fun if we were, we cannot know good days without bad days. I once learned that for us to have our ups and downs is a sign of life, just like on a life support monitor. But if we “flat line” we.. well you know, not living. #live#living#lifequotes#support#ups#down#bad#day#badday#goodday#good
Must Read 👇👇👇
Obesity causes high blood pressure (also known by its medical term, “hypertension”), so it is helpful to know what you can do to manage your blood pressure – and that includes cutting back on dietary sodium intake.
With the advent of processed foods, average American sodium intake skyrocketed. In fact, it has been estimated that the average sodium intake per person in the United States is 3,478 milligrams per day. This is at least 1,000 milligrams per day more than what many well-respected scientific and professional health organizations, such as the American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, recommend for maximum daily intake.
Which foods are the saltiest? The answer might surprise you. While you may think that most of your salt intake comes from your home salt shaker, in reality, most Americans get the majority of their sodium from packaged, highly processed, and restaurant foods.
A smile is happiness you’ll find right under your nose. @alisha

You did not wake up today to be mediocre.
Time to rise and SHINE.
The many health benefits of drinking water are often overlooked. But don't underestimate the importance of what may be the healthiest beverage of all.
Water has no calories. Zero. What it does have plenty of: health benefits. Researchers have found that drinking a glass of water 30 minutes before you have a meal can make you feel fuller and thus more likely to eat less, thereby reducing calorie intake.
Staying hydrated throughout the day will make you more alert, help you think more clearly, and make you feel less fatigued.
“Every sunrise is an invitation for us to arise and brighten someone’s day”☀️
For us, it is important to contribute for the larger good of the society. To make a difference and to share happiness.☺️
Children’s Protection Society (CPS) is a non-profit and non-gov organisation, catering to the needs of neglected and abandoned children. 👧🏻👦🏻The organisation strives to provide a safe and homely environment to children at risk.
Today, we have made a simple act of contribution. We believed that it would help the children at CPS to go a lot further elsewhere in the world. 🌍
We did it. Have you?⭐️
