This Thursday we are thrilled to announce that the extraordinary talent from Thyme Restaurant Athlone, will be taking to our chefs stage to present three plates from their acclaimed menu.
We're equally excited to announce our extended wines by the glass list, specially selected by Colm Carter from H2G wines. The grand wine reveal will be tomorrow so be sure to watch this space! We've already had a sneak peak and can pretty much guarantee there isn't a wine menu in the whole island of Ireland quite as exceptional!
No tickets required but be sure to get there early to avoid missing out!
Our usual wonderful stalls will be there too along with our new Irish cheese and charcuterie platters.
