Day 15: I have arrived in China. Managed to get a taxi to my hotel that wasn’t actually a taxi, just a random man claiming to be one, but it’s all good I’m still alive. China is not what I expected it’s actually very similar to other Asia places where the city is modern but surrounding areas are still very rustic and poor. Had a great first experience of traditional Chinese food and a walk into the local town was great! My tour group is very small but the girls I am with seem really lovely 😊. Back to shovelling poo tomorrow at the panda sanctuary. #thedragontrip#chengdu#culture#tradition#foodies#china#newfriends#chinesebuildings#travelling#travellingsolo
Recovery is a must especially, if you travel a lot like me. Had been on many flights lately while carrying on with my training in the gym so felt I really needed to get in a floatation pod @rebootspa when I got to San Francisco. 👉Have you ever tried a floatation pod session? #luxsolovoyager
Slide to see today’s adventure!
Straight out of the helicopter into a bus to get to the show ground and I heard a deep voice call out “Lexy!!”. Turned around and it was a guy that came with the hagen eagles to kokopo for rugby beginning of this year. I took them out to my house and taught them how to use a kayak (mainly for my own humor and entertainment) 😂. This is insane! The universe is always looking after you!! ✨✨ #travellingsolo#beautifulpapuanewguinea#hagen#hagenshow

A rainbow beach hut on Venice Beach.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not going to lie to you all but the sand was mega hot that I struggled to walk here bare foot soo I put my flip flops on and had a slow walk to the ocean 😂 why is it so difficult to walk on sand? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I stayed in a hostel right on the beach but it was so noisy! And there was no lift! 🤦🏻♀️ If you are coming to LA I would probably spend a day on Venice Beach. You just need to walk to Santa Monica and Santa Monica Pier and that’s it, I think unless anyone has any recommendations? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
DID YOU KNOW?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The end of Route 66 is on Santa Monica Pier 😱⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Day 14: Goodbye Borneo 😢. Today I said goodbye to all my new friends who I was so lucky to meet and spend time with over the last couple of weeks. Every single one of these people are truly lovely and wonderful human beings and I hope I will see them all again! I’ve also done laundry today, first time at a laundrette as well as getting a chair massage. I also thought I’d share the glamour of the toilets here and I hope you’re all enjoying your western toilets at home! #travelling#travellingsolo#firsttimeforeverything#massage#borneo#flight#goodbye#holiday#holidayblues
This is a easy 1.5-mile walk up a picturesque, narrow, and geologically canyon (3 miles round-trip). The route ends at the base of the Red Cathedral, a brick-red cliff that towers above the end of the canyon

Plaza di Duomo, Milan, Italy 🇮🇹 .
👉Curiosities of the Milan Cathedral
Did you know that the Duomo of Milan with its 45 meters of height is barely exceeded in size by the Cathedral of Beauvais of Paris with its 48 meters of height? The cathedral of Milan, better known as Duomo of Milan, is an impressive church that has five naves, one central and four lateral, with about forty pillars, also is crossed by a transept followed by the choir and the apse. The central nave has a height of 45 meters and its construction was done in brick covered with marble.
