👯♀️I think it’s safe to say the girls are excited for dance to start! -
As soon as we bought their leotards they’ve had Alexa playing all the ballet music and they’ve been practicing their..... gracefulness 😂
Love seeing them excited about a new venture! It’s not important to me that they ever join the NYC Ballet or compete gymnastics in the olympics. My heart is always that they will find something they love and pursue it with excellence and joy.
There is not much better than watching your kids experience something they love ❤️

Anyone here let the fear of failure or the fear of doing it wrong keep you stuck? If it’s related to a dream or your business, most the times mistakes, while they may cost you a bit of time or money, they are completely fixable. My business coach @jenniferallwood always says “very little on this side of heaven is permanent.” This is true, if you try something out and it doesn’t work, it’s ok. Life goes on and at least now you know. Or hey, maybe it does work and it changes your life. Would you believe that just 2 years ago I had NO CLUE what an SVG was! Just a few customers relentlessly asking me to sell them. 🤷🏻♀️ So I tried. .
And eventually, i found that I had repeat customers and people wanting “all the svgs”. In a way to try to serve them better I started the SVG club, not knowing if anyone would sign up, I started it in May. It was frightening to put myself out there but people did join. Were opening up again for new members September 1st! If you work with SVGs for fun or business and want more info, visit my website (link in bio) or join the waitlist. Try new things! You never know where it will lead you!
Every once in a while I'm brave and try new things 😅 This little one is a mesh of experiments - his eyes are the most noticable (and I'm kind of in love despite my poor technique!), but I also tried feathered ears, sitting him on his butt with his feet up and made my first ever clay voodoo doll. Remember that experiments are how we grow, and even failures have lessons to teach. 💗
Despite being our first night in Washington DC and having spent from 5am - 6pm waiting for a bus and travelling to the university we were staying at, we somehow agreed to visit a few 'touristy attractions' in the setting sun (great photo ops!). We then, at around 8:30pm, realised food was probably a good idea and agreed to find this place ^^ that we were told would be interesting. (thanks @cl.ementine! 😅) 🌼
Although feeling slightly out of place (as we couldn't see many 'tourists' as such), we seemed to get there at the right time, as 10 minutes after the place was packed. The chili con carne was amazing (albeit mouth burning at times) and the panda bear outfront was very aesthetic :) 🐼
The place was simple, yet I could understand how it became so famous :) I like to think it serves as a reminder that small dreams can come true, should the right amount of effort and dedication be placed before it 🦄
When was the last time you did something for the first time?
For a bunch of city slickers, trekking out to a farm to pick berries was a new experience for us. We will be back!! 🙌🙌
We enjoyed the fresh organic produce so much, and it was fun to see the kids running around enjoying the fresh air and dirt 😁😁
Not saying I’m putting sky diving on the “NEW” list though 😂, that type of new can remain on someone else’s list for now 😁😁😁
Make it a great day 💗🌸

I am great at making excuses especially when it comes to getting out there and exploring.
I have a running list of all of these cool things I want to try and yet never do, for one reason or another. 🙄
My new podcast is all about getting out there, trying new things, being uncomfortable and living life to the fullest. ✌
Will every activity or event be crazy, adventurous, and life changing? Absolutely not, but is it on my list? You bet your ass it is!
Join my friends and me as we try new things and check adventures off of our lists!

I used to hate, well that’s a strong word, I very much disliked, papaya... I also used to not be a fan of yoga and until recently eating out for dinner by myself.
It’s funny how we change and morph ~ I’ve now spent almost 10 days by myself in Bali, eating papaya with a squeeze of lime every morning, practicing yoga for three hours a day and venturing out on my own for a meal at night... and I couldn’t be happier!
So here’s to more new experiences and being open to things we’d written off because we thought we didn’t like them.
If I hadn’t been open to change, there’s no way I’d be where I am now ~ hanging out in Ubud with a full heart and a belly full of coconut ice cream ~ because when you’re by yourself there’s no one to judge you if you have desert for dinner!

All smiles. All the gear. No idea 😂 Our naive little faces before we spent the day falling over and trying to squat for 5 minutes at a time 🏂 It turned out to be such a cool day - it started snowing so heavily and we were catching proper little snowflakes up in the mountains 🌨❄️❄️ Let’s go snowboarding again!! @mattcheng680#LMWorldTrip
"The expert in something was once the beginner..."
It takes time, practice & patience to master something
On Saturday @crossfithuntsman one of the exercises was an overhead squat. I knew I would struggle with this due to; poor hip mobility, lacking in core strength etc etc. After the class I said to myself: "Nic that is something else you need to practice" •
So yesterday @foundry I did some squats, over the next few months I will continue working on this, hopefully overtime will move up from the pipe to the bar. I know I have a lot to learn about the technique but isn't that the fun part.
Don"t be afraid to pratice the things you find difficult...

Sometimes life warn you just for you to remember it's a gift but can be short.
It's so easy to forget when taken by routine
But every day can be the last one so it's important to make it special...
Living life to the fullest. That's the best way to celebrate it....
Living twice more for the ones gone
Thinking of you every day hiking climbing and trying new things sending all the good vibes I feel to you
You help me to be stronger X
It’s no secret that I’m fond of a @redbull or three but recently I’ve been trying coffee.
I’ve never liked coffee but always wanted to. I’ve always found “going for a coffee” in those quaint little independent coffee shops appealing.
I started with adding a shot of espresso to my @starbucksuk caramel hot chocolate (no whip).
Today, myself and @perfectly_borderline started our day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee made with our new press and a dash of #skinnysyrups .
Am I a coffee convert? - yet to be confirmed.
Did I enjoy it? - yes
Do I still love @redbulluk ? - always!
Good morning world, I hope you’re have a lovely healthy day - for me it’s morning yoga time ✌🏼

I’ve had nearly every hairstyle imaginable and I’ve been rocking the shaved cut for nearly two years.
In truth, it was an undercut trim I attempted myself that went bad. 🤣
Since that time, I’ve been approached by many individuals curious about it. Tons of opportunities for dialogue, connection, and encouraging others to try new things.
So let me tell you, friends. Cut the hair, wear the outfit, and keep embracing YOU.

We’re gunna try a new thing! Cause trying new things is what we do best! 😂
Sometimes the new things work! Sometimes not so much. But not giving up is the key!! Instead of paying our boys to do chores around the house (because chores are things we do just because we are all part of this family) we were given the idea to start paying them to read books that we pick out for them to read.
Books that will stimulate their minds and help them in their personal development!!! I have a few books in mind, but I need more suggestions! They are 11 and 13 years old and already whining about this new Amazing idea! Hahaha!
So hit me with your BEST, least “boring,” personal growth, life skills, spiritual growth type books that could be good for two stubborn, yet very intelligent young men.
Please and Thank you!!!! 📚 📚 📚 📚 📚 📚 📚 📚 📚

Learning new things in life may scare us at times. Especially knowing the price of things or the size.
I definitely denied trying to drive Babe’s Truck today, he gave me the look and I just jumped in.
Learning new things can be fun and rewarding after the fact. I definitely had to pull forward a few times, however I learned how to shift and reverse this MASSIVE trailer today.
By no means am I an expert however, it’s a life experience I can mark in the books.
Don’t let fear of the “The UNKNOWN” derail you from life experiences. #trucking#kenworth#oilfield#lifeexperience
Just create and remember to try something new everyday even if it’s scary!💛
Posting this again because I remember when I made this piece, I didn’t know what I was going to do, but all I knew is that I wanted to just create & try something new that day.✨ Let’s focus on us this month & create all the lovely things! 🙌💗
I’m so excited to share that my podcast interview with @creativequeso is now LIVE! Swipe up in my stories! 💫 I remember interviewing for podcasts for the first time last year and it was such a scary thing, but I have learned to just throw myself out there more! This year has been all about trying new things, self-reflection, sharing my journey more than ever & just throwing myself out there into the world! 🌎
Thank you for being a part of this journey with me! 🥰😘💛 #lettersbyshells#community#trysomethingnew#justcreate#justpaint#creativequeso
Wood Wide Farms is running trials with bio365.
Here’s what @mendo_mikey_lion posted:
We are doing a trial here on the farm in conjunction with @bio365soil.
Pictured here are the viper cookies in 3 gallon pots in the #biococosoil & roots are loving it.
Plants need water every 3-4 days even though they are monsters. Next week they get transplanted into their final set of shoes (10 gal) and will stay in the BIOCOCO soil. We are running tests with their whole line. Loving the results so far.
Will be all about the yield comparisons at the end. So far finding it easy to dial them in in a different medium than we normally use (promix) #staytuned big thanks to @bio365_sebastian for helping to get us started on this journey.
Don’t forget to have fun. Tag a friend that you enjoy having in your life.👇

Do you have eyelash extensions?
Guess what? I tried them and I absolutely LOVE 😍 them! I wanted to be able to walk out the door with little to no makeup and still feel confident.
When I put on eye makeup it felt like I needed to put on foundation too. Now I just throw on bronzer & blush and walk out the door most days.
The first application took THREE hours. Had I known, I would have been prepared to listen to a podcast or audio book. There was no prep involved. I just walked in for my appointment @blushbeautyloungeandspa without any makeup. Swipe to see my “before”! My lashes are "FULL," meaning several individual lashes were attached to each lash to give a more voluminous look. You can get just a few lashes attached that makes the lashes look more "apparent" but not as full as mine.
Refills are supposed to be every two weeks, but if you care for them they can last for three weeks. (Care is mainly NOT using any oil based products on the eyelid - there are some primers that have oil, not rubbing them, and being gentle with them.) Let me know if you want to try eyelash extensions. Or, if you have them, what has your experience been? Do you love them like me?
