When you've got a grill and romaine, you do the damn thing. 🍃🔥 This was my first time making Grilled Caeser Salad, and it's incredibly easy to throw together: take a head of romaine, slice lengthwise, rinse, pat dry, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and put on the grill for 2 minutes. Top with Caeser dressing and croutons. DEVOUR. 🤤 (And if I had shredded parm, I would have thrown that on, too...but it ain't as easy to simply "run out" for some when you're in the middle of nowhere...😆) #seeksatiationtravels
Did you see the big race yesterday?! 🐎 Congrats to Travers winner Code of Honor 🌹. Code of Honor worked his way through a crowded field to win by three lengths in the $1.25 million Travers Stakes at Saratoga. It was trainer Shug McGaughey’s fourth Travers win but the first in 21 years.

Seeing the sheer magnitude of water coming from Niagara Falls is something I truly hope you get to experience once in your life! My mom and I arrived to the ticket booth for the ferry ride thirty minutes before it opened and there was already a line forming. Luckily, we planned for this and our wait was pretty short.
Niagara Falls, like many popular tourist destinations, is extremely crowded. I always enjoy beating the crowds to these locations and finishing my work before everyone arrives. I cherish those quiet moments; the calm before the storm.
Enjoy the day friends ✌

Beautiful sunset last night in the Finger Lakes. It only lasted about 5 minutes, but I was fortunate to arrive just in time to catch the light before it faded.
You see that picture above? That “Wild Walk” is what convinced us that a visit to the Wild Center in Tupper Lake NY was a “must-do” on our trip to the #Adirondacks this fall. Did we want to walk through the treetops? Yes. Hang out in an eagle’s nest overlooking the #Adirondack Mountains? Definitely. Crawl through a giant spider web? Ok, as long as there are no actual spiders involved.
#TheWildWalk is the newest addition to the Wild Center, a natural history museum with indoor exhibits and outdoor hiking trails. Opened in 2015, the Wild Walk spans 81 acres and offers a true bird’s eye view of the #treetops .Typically, when people talk about treetop courses, they are usually referring to an adventure course involving ziplines and precarious rope bridges. This is not what you will find on the Wild Walk. Instead, the Wild Center is a nature museum just where it should be — outdoors
#Corn Mazes Galore!!!That fall feeling is creeping into the Hudson Valley. Before you know it, the return of apple picking, and pumpkin spice will be here. In honor of the impending return of autumn, we rounded up the region’s coolest, creepiest, can’t miss corn mazes in the region. ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●● 1.Barton Orchards @bartonorchards
63 Apple Tree Ln, Poughquag
Barton isn’t just a farm; it’s a destination. In addition to pick-your-own produce and barnyard animals, the farm also boasts a corn maze that changes in pattern and theme each year.
2.DuBois Farms @duboisfarms
209 Perkinsville Rd, Highland
You’ll feel like Pac Man as you wind around corners in the 2-acre corn maze. Once you make it out, keep those autumn vibes alive with a tractor-pulled wagon ride or a trip to visit the farm animals.
3.Goold Orchards @gooldorchards
1297 Brookview Station Rd, Castleton-on-Hudson
Take a drive to Castleton-on-Hudson on that first crisp weekend to wind your way through the Tetris-style maze
When you need one spot that will satisfy the entire family, Minard’s is the place to go. The all-in-one venue delights the young and the young at heart with barnyard football and baseball, a bounce pillow, a kid-sized spider web, pedal carts, and more.
