I GOT MY ASS TO THE GYM!!!!!!
Now, it may not be a big deal to some but lord. It’s been a fucking month. (Omg Kaylynn is cussing necessary? Yes bitch, it is. 😂🤷🏻♀️) it was an awful month. I wanna get back to the gym. My goal for now is 3-5 days a week. I can definitely do that. I am proud of myself for not gaining any weight. My magical weightloss from surgery is gone. It’s been gone for a year or even 2, now. But, I’m gonna better myself. What’s one thing you want to work on for yourself?
Anyone else feeling this? Cause, yea, this hit hard hahahah. But, in my defense, I was still sick and had drain tubes in in Jan, Feb and March!!! Ever since I got the tubes out, time is flying faster!!!
Apologies for the skin post but I still can not get over the thigh gap!!
Now I’ve never had a bad pair of pins and that was really a great disguise for the circular barrel that was perched on top!!
But I just can’t get enough of this gap!!!
It’s the same feeling of collar bones and hips!
If I can do it.......
A little #transformationtuesday with my brother, he may be 11 years younger than me, but he is my fitness inspiration. He never gave up on me and always pushed me to be better fit, supporting me 110%! Also, can you name a better duo, NOPE! 💪🏼💪🏼🤣🤣
So i'll be the first person to tell you that #weightlosssurgery isn't easy. It's a real cool tool that can help you unlike any other weightloss option I tried for 20+ years (mealprep, moderation, calorie counting, exercise, etc). BUT the work that has to be PUT in to lose the weight and not gain it back is just crazy. People ask me all the time if I regret the surgery. My answer hasn't changed. I don't regret the surgery. I regret not being able to change my lifestyle without it. But, the truth is, I needed it. #gastricbypasssurgery saved my life. And now it's up to me to make choices everyday that make my $15,000 tool worth it. Believe it or not, body dysmorphia is real weird, and I always thought I was real cute. I was more confident in my appearance in the picture on the left than I am now. My loose skin gets to me a lot. BUT I'd much rather be the size that I am now than the size I was then. The reality is that in 2016, in Toronto, when the photo on the left was taken, I was just as adventurous as I am now. Only, I didn't FIT in the world. I couldn't fit in one plane seat. I couldn't zipline. I couldn't surf. I couldn't fit in roller coasters. I couldn't sit it booths. But I could pose in from of art I admire. And that's one thing i will always appreciate- street art. So cheers to me, the street art loving kid who will continue to travel around the world drinking coffee and finding cool murals to take pictures with. Only now I get to do it in such a different way. Happy #transformationtuesday everyone!
Woke up today feeling super grateful for all the cards in my deck. I have some big changes coming up next month and my last year of school starts 🎉 This year is going to be amazing! I have decided I am going to write out all my goals in each category of life so I can stay on track. What are your tips to smashing your goals?! ❤️
Yes or no.
There is freedom is making room for yourself at the table.
To be. To breathe. To sneeze, if you have to sneeze.
This can be accessible to you right now if you want want it to be.
What would need to be different (in between your ears) for this to be acceptable, allowable for you?
28kgs gone!! NSV, I asked a friend how much they thought I weighed and they said 85kgs......... not quite! But omg! Imagine what I’m gunna look like when I hit 85kgs! Gym tomorrow! I’ve started slow because I have no energy but I’m going to take it super slow till I can consume for food! I just can’t believe how quicky it’s dropping! Well... I can... 1. Cereales integrales
It’s crazy how my every app reminds you of “this day last year” or “on this day” but I can remember this day distinctly... I took this picture and felt depressed looking at myself. I didn’t see myself that big, but looking back on it now I say to myself “I can’t believe I let it get that far” 😭😭. -
Transformation Tuesday 🔥 I almost forgot to put one up but I remembered just in time hahaha
This week I have been focusing a lot more on my fitness and it’s definitely paying off. I havnt lost weight on the scales this week but that’s ok, I feel so much fitter and my clothes def feel much better on me. So I am happy with that. 😜
“Take before pictures of everything,” they said. Now I see why. I can’t believe I’m posting this but it was just too mind blowing not to share. I noticed my feet being less swollen a long time ago and my shoe size went down a half size. But I didn’t remember taking this picture on the left. I came across it on accident looking for a different picture from last summer. My feet were always a huge problem for me. I had heel spurs on both feet and plantar faciatis. All I drank was Diet Coke and the only shoes I could wear to prevent pain were Sketchers Go Walks. Very rarely I still feel that a tiny bit if I’ve walked a long distance in unsupportive shoes...but I never have regular foot pain anymore like I used to. I can wear flat sandals to work all day now and be perfectly fine. The difference in my ankle and leg are crazy, too. I am forever grateful for this second chance at my health.
I'm in pre-op now! I told my wife that they're literally going to have to have someone assigned to hold my giant boobs away from my stomach. I think I'll be going to second base with a surgical assistant today. 😂
