I have kept my quiet for a long time now on a very serious issue of women harrasment. My parents were not traditional and I repeat not traditonal because they never discriminated between male or female. The way my father behaved with my mother and the way she respected him back was a perfect example for us that taught us how to behave with females. I do not even have a sister but still my parents taught me how to behave with my cousin sisters and that too without any strictness or restrictions. All they taught us was how to respect them. It was really difficult for me to accept that women harrasment is happening on such large scale but after seeing people with such decent audience have been involved in such a horrific act my eyes could actually see the pathetic truth of the men in this society. It tells us how corrupt the men in this society are. Men who literally or socially are illiterate can be thought of to be in this list. But such good artists whom people look upon to and adore their art are involved in this act shows how evil and cold hearted we are. Such people should not be related to their artistic or professional success because it was all fake, using it as a shield to cover up this devastating evil side of theirs. Even taking there names should be considered an insult so we could bury them alive in this world and make them feel like a miserable piece of shit everyday for the rest of their lives. It took me time to realize this but i think its never to late for anything. More power to girls who came out with the truth and the men & women who supported them.
Do you have a morning routine?
If I’m lucky and can steal a few minutes to myself before my son wakes up and then it’s getting him ready, making breakfast, getting him off to school, and then I can put my head down and get to work.
I love the ritual of the morning activities and starting the day with my son, so if my routine shapes up a little differently, I feel off all day. .
Sometimes having breakfast with my girlfriends 🥰 after schools drop off 😂
Another day ... another city run!
Open your eyes to the beauty around you, open your mind to the wonders of life, open your heart to those who love you, and always be true to yourself.

Cue Whitney Houston, hurrayyyyy it’s here!!🎉 My new website (link in my bio) is up and I’m filled with alllll of the feels as I share it with you💗
I hear all the time that “women don’t enjoy working with other women.”That they don’t trust other women. That they feel judged and put down by other women.
The FEARCE Movement was born with one core intention - to bring female leaders together to free themselves from the fear that holds them back and feel the power of vulnerable connection. It all began on an evening in 2016. 10 women. A vision. And the courage to show up fully.
Little did I know the way that one evening would spark big dreams, collaborations, and the impact it would have in empowering each other to be the bold and impactful leaders we were born to be.
When I hit the launch button on my website, I was filled with so much gratitude thinking of all of the women who have empowered me to step up, to live life FEARCEly, and to own my vision and life’s journey! The women who have challenged me to think differently. The female leaders who have been and continue to be my powerful, kick-ass support network.
I’m so grateful for the women who helped me bring this website to life….

Thank you to all of the men who have supported my journey, given me invaluable advice, challenged me to tap into deeper depths of my voice, and who opened me up to new opportunities.
This moment feels like the culmination of many moments where I was supported by people who believed in me. If there is one thing I know deeply it’s that when we come together and support each other, we’re unstoppable. NOW is our time to shine, to support one another, and to be the leaders we were born to be!
If there is any way I can support you, please feel free to dm me.
Today i was going back to home
Weather was so good today after heavy rain one can feel cold breeze and fresh air
So. I pulled down my window mirror of both the sides
But after that experience was horrible
Can u imagine it.. Splashes of dirty water or mud
No worse than that.. Which spoiled my mood very badly
I think its a serious problem in our society.. and everyone should stand for that
At every 200 meters i heard a group of friends... Or people using abusing words.. Maybe for fun
But why Bro
Why for fun u have to use mothers and sister..word.. Either English..Hindi..Punjabi... Whatever language it is... Womens are abused.. Why ??? Why don't they abuse Men..?? Can anyone answer ?
I don't think in any religion its stated to abuse anyone..either men or women.. One more thing.. A child is born from a mother's womb... And life ends beneath her feets coz paradise is under her feets... Can u imagine this world...without Women ?? Then y to abuse them.. I think they are not equal to Men... They are more than that.. coz
Coz she takes care of her family..
She is the one always sacrificing... She losed her figure... And looks..while giving birth to you... She feeds u first..either milk..or meal... So we should respect womens
Thanking you for reading it
If its worth reading plz do a share and create Awareness
Enjoying my day off.
Body needs to relax sometimes!

They don't tell you only 5 or zero people showed up to their event, when they were expecting at least 30.
They don't tell you, they spent $1500 running ads and only made $250 from their investment.
They don't tell you about the flopped businesses they no longer promote.
They don't tell you about the need to hustle a bunch of sh*t hoping at least one thing sticks.
Saying goodbye to the mountains and saying hello to Monday morning came fast after being on a long vacation. Therefore, I’m sliding into today the best I can for being the first Monday back. Coming back from vacation can be tough, but I’m excited to get back to my routine and goals. Although I had hiking, biking and yoga while on my vacation, I haven’t had a full body workout since I have been gone. This week I set goals to jump start my body back into my health and fitness plan. When I set weekly & daily goals the competitive side comes out in me. I’m hyped up to slay this week ! 🤩
👇My goals for the week 👇
🧘🏽♀️Yoga everyday,even if it’s just skill work
🍽Food prep for breakfast , lunch & dinner(eggs cups, chopped veggies for salad, roasted chicken breasts)
💪🏽Studio/gym time- 4 HIIT wkouts, 1 strength wkout, 1 skills wkout
💧Drink water first thing in AM & 100oz a day
🥤20oz of green veggie juice a day
📚Read my current book for at least 30min a day
📝Journal everyday about the new things I learned for my self growth journey, while traveling.
? What are some of the things you do to jump start yourself after a long vacation ?
Cheers to you 😉

Monday motivation. ⠀
In business I have learnt this. In my career I have learnt this. ⠀
If you never made a mistake, it means you’re not going out of your comfort zone. ⠀
Take the risk. Success is waiting for you at the end of your comfort zone.

Are you ready to upgrade yourself?
Evolving, learning new things and expanding your mind will add versatility into your life.
Be gentle and honest with yourself. So, even though we may wish to be all positive about life, it is healthier for us to acknowledge our negative emotions. We all want to feel good and happy. When something is upsetting us, all we want is to feel better as soon as possible.
But I’ve slowly learned that trying to convince yourself that you’re fine when you’re not will only make you feel worse. It’s okay to not be okay sometimes. No one is a positive ray of sunshine every second of every day.
The first step towards feeling better is to admit that you’re not feeling good. Remember that no feeling is final. Give yourself time to heal and cut yourself a little slack.
We are all human and we all feel. To feel is to be alive. To embrace and learn from your feelings. Remember that it is okay to feel bad. You have already made great progress simply by admitting that you’re not okay.

You are still going to manage and get through it, just like you always have. Trust the process and believe in yourself.
